Punctual taxi transportation from Marina Bay Sands to Changi Airport. Helpful and friendly driver. Comfortable taxi, passenger section with armrests. Easy entry and exit, which is important due to my physical limitations.

A really amazing place. The flower dome was beautiful, I've never seen such a diverse display before. And the cloud forest was simply amazing. The 'skywalk' gave an incredible view of the waterfall and greenery. Go in the late afternoon and stay until sundown for the 'supertree' light show.

I booked a ticket for Gardens by the Bay early in the morning. I got confirmation but the email with the ticket never arrived. By the time I got to the Gardens by the Bay I couldn’t get in without the email. So I had to go to the ticket office, queue and buy a ticket again. When I was walking around in the Cloud Forest I got a call asking when I wanted my ticket emailed!
Not impressed. The staff at the entrance told me this problem happened regularly. So my advice is to book well in advance.

To visit the gardens, my friends and I, despite having already paid in advance, we did NOT receive the tickets, which made us pay again or we would not be able to enter. I'm waiting for a response from Trip Advisor because I sent emails and spoke on the phone with Ana Rita who promised me that the tickets would arrive on time, which didn't happen,
I am waiting for a refund or I will need to take action. There were six paid tickets.

The tour operator made a mistake with the tickets, so I got denied after the queue and couldn't get in. I tried to call them several time to resolve the issue but no answer. Finally I couldn't even get a refund...

Booking through the platform is a disaster! Waited 4 hours for the online ticket! You can cancel, but then the money is gone! The greenhouse is amazing!

Impressive use of flowers and plants. Easy to wander and admire. Plenty of seats to use to sit and admire. Signs to walk and find could be better as it was not always obvious.

Fantastic place an absolute must see if in Singapore amazing display of flowers and plants. We noticed how fresh the air was with all the flowers and plants. Also need to check out Satay by The Bay food area which is on site.
