This tour was AWESOME! The guide was extremely well versed in the Harry Potter universe, and we got to see some things other fans didn’t. Would definitely do again!

Our inside tour guide was David and he was incredible. He made the experience , well magical. No pun intended. ;)
Be prepared for a full long day. For Harry Potter fans this will be no problem. Of course don’t miss the butter beer and butter beer ice cream.

Our guide Kevin is a very nice, kind and sweet person. He explained a lot about the every thing and more.

Our tour guide Josh was EXCELLENT and made the entire experience well worth every penny. He was incredibly knowledgeable kept us on track, on schedule, and focused on all the items he wanted to highlight for us. I learned so much and he really captured the essence of Harry Potter!

Guide Tom, was knowledgeable about the movies. However there was no deep engagement between the 1st tour guide and second guide as there is a higher level of service for a private tour. The tour ends with you finding your way back and that is very bad since it was at night and very cold to find your way on your own on the bus and then the train forcing us to take an Uber back. Spent nearly £1000 for a tour that wasn’t personalised at all.

This exhibit is absolutely immersive and well laid out. We were there for 4 hours and could spend another day taking it all in. Having our personal guide was well worth it to us, as there is a lot to see and she was incredibly knowledgeable. Having someone take us to the train just made our first time in London a bit less stressful, although the trip is easy on the train then HP bus. Our guide from the train station to the HP studio was very pleasant and pointing things out on our train ride.

Muireann was our guide for a group of 6. Besides me, there was a mom with two kids and two other adults. It’s evident that Muireann loves her job. She was attentive, incredibly informative, and full of enthusiasm. She made the whole experience wonderfully enjoyable. I would highly recommend this tour and Muireann!
