Claudia Durante was our guide in the morning. She explained and pointed out interesting things as we walked from the Uffizi to the Academia. I learned a lot about Michelangelo and some of his works. We had a different guide for the Uffizi. I enjoyed hearing her explain some of the paintings. It’s a long day visiting both museums. If you only have 1 day to visit both this is a good experience

It was a very comprehensive walking tour with a great history of the buildings and area and some extra interesting stories. Entry into the galleries was quick and easy as the guides had tickets ready. Both guides had a great knowledge of art in the galleries and the history of the artists and kept the tours interesting. We had earphones which meant you could always hear the guides which was a great idea. We had about 1 hour between tours so enough time for a quick lunch and to get back to the meeting point. I think there were about 18 in the first walking tour part and 7 in the Uffizi tour. We really enjoyed the day, my only criticism is that Marcello was slightly difficult to understand so I didn't get all of the information, but he was certainly enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Claudia was great and really talked about the artists and paintings beautifully.

Shittest tour ever! Don’t book this … the city wonders staff gave wrong info timing for afternoon session, refuse to admit mistake! Missed by 10 minutes with not even a call or msg, refuse to refund ! Overall dumbest service ever

Claudia D is simply amazing. I did this tour 2 years ago by myself and the guide was so-so. I brought my wife this time and Claudia brought everything alive. Her knowledge of Florence is unparalleled and having her by our side in the museum's with custom explanations was priceless. I learned so much during our tour thanks to Claudia!!
