Five stars! Highly recommend. We had a lovely day on the Castle and Chianti Tour. Our tour guide, Julia, was fantastic- she was knowledgeable, friendly and made the entire experience so fun. We enjoyed two tastings at two beautiful vineyards, along with a delicious lunch in a small Italian village. By far our favorite experience we had while exploring Italy.

My wife and I had the most extraordinary day of wine tasting at the castles in Tuscany with our amazing tour guide, Hillary! This experience was nothing short of magical. If we could give a 10 star rating we would!
First and foremost, Hillary was the best tour guide we could have ever asked for. She is super knowledgeable about Florence, Tuscany, Wines, and history.
The wineries were straight out of a fairytale. Visiting these historic castles nestled among the vineyards was a dream come true. The architecture, the lush gardens, and the views of the Tuscan countryside were simply breathtaking.
The wine selection was equally impressive. Each vineyard we visited had its unique charm and offered a delightful array of wines. We drank amazing wine and Hillary taught us about chianti Ruffina. She is a trained sommelier making the tastings both educational and enjoyable.
What set this experience apart was the hospitality. The staff at each castle went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They shared stories about the history of the castles and the winemaking traditions, adding depth to our visits.
The day concluded with a sense of fulfillment and a newfound appreciation for the beauty of Tuscany. If you're looking for a luxurious, immersive, and utterly enchanting wine-tasting experience, we wholeheartedly recommend Hillary and this trip! Five stars, no doubt!

Perfect place to be close to Florence but far enough away to be in one of the most relaxing places you can imagine. The countryside is just breath taking, the people we met and the restaurants we went to are just about perfect.

We had an excellent tour with Hillary in the Chianti Ruffina region. She shared her wine knowledge in a very accessible way. The historical context as well as general conversation made the tour really fun. We had toured Chianti Classico region previously and still learned lots of new things about wine making and specific regional differences. And of course the wine and lunch were excellent!

This is a must-do when in Florence! The small group tour is so intimate and gives a much more personalized and customized experience than the larger tour operators, and you also have access to exclusive (and delicious) wineries. Our guide Pierpaolo was FANTASTIC, so knowledgeable, friendly and made the entire day so fun. This was the highlight of our ten days in Italy!!

Our guide was informative, personable and a great driver. The wineries were great although our second stop was in Montepulciano by far one of the best I’ve ever been to. The scenery was incredible and never felt rushed.

I cannot stress enough how fun and informative this tour was. My girlfriend and I booked this shared tour, and it ended up being just the two of us with our tour guide, Matteo. Each experience was so interesting as Matteo was able to explain how to properly taste each wine from a sommelier's point of view. On top of that, the hosts at both of the wineries we visited were so welcoming and taught us more about the history of the region and their respective wineries. For lunch, Matteo took us to a great local restaurant with beautiful views of the countryside and a delicious three course meal paired with wine. This was an absolutely phenomenal day and my girlfriend and I cannot recommend this tour (and Matteo) enough.

Hilary was a fantastic guide! She shared lots of great information about Tuscany and was a very knowledgeable sommelier. She made the experience fun, and even our drive to the location was enjoyable because of the great conversation. We look forward to taking another tour with Hilary next time we are in the region!

Wine tastings and vineyard tours don’t get any better than this. Matteo was absolutely fabulous! He is just as entertaining as he is informative, and that’s saying something. It was really fun to learn about Italian wine from both a sommelier and the owners of the vineyards. This is everything you could want in an Italian wine tour. The vineyards are gorgeous and unique. In addition to the various wines tasted, we also got to taste olive oil that had only been bottled the week before! We decided to book this wine tour pretty last minute, the night before, and we couldn’t be happier that we did.
