Terrible, you leave with a bus and at each city and another that comes to pick you up, rude guides drop you off at the entrance and simply tell you the return time. Don't visit Pompeii with an audio guide, you don't know anything and don't match the map that the attendant throws into your hand and says: follow the map. On the way back, only hotel, we were dropped off in the middle of the street because the driver didn't want to get stuck in traffic, we got off 1 block before the hotel. Terrible experience, never to use their service again.

Disappointing.
They're quick enough to smile and offer you everything but the reality is abysmal. My bus trip to Vesuvius will forever be associated with the bus driver's playlist of Chris De Burgh, Abba and Coldplay - seriously, it would be as easy to play an explanation of the geology of the area in a myriad of different languages and probably more entertaining. The bus turned up late, the driver held up a card that said a different time to the interpreter. The combined trip from Vesuvius to Herculaneum was rushed to the point that we had barely 2 hours to explore Herculaneum after dropping us off about half a mile from the entrance and expecting us to walk back that far to meet him again.
The promised 6 hour excursion started at 09.30 and we were expected back on the bus at 14.20.
4 different buses, 4 different drivers, none of whom interacted with anyone apart from holding a sign up telling you what time to be back.
The company is everywhere in Pompeii flogging tickets, books and audio guides which are actually free to download on your phone and better guidebooks are cheaper at the ticket office.
Not impressed.
The fact that such a HUGE company has limited reviews speaks volumes.
