Notes:
1. The tour can either start by Sintra and Pena Palace in the morning, as can strart in Cascais and Roca Cape, depending of timings and expected crowds and queues.
2. Differently from others, the Pena Palace visit and ticket is included. Our guides will show you and explain the Palace exterior and the History of the place, but they are not allowed to guide inside the Palace.
3. People with walking difficulty will have access to a transfer up the Pena Park Hill.

Our guide Nuno was the best! We only had 4 people in our group so our trip had a private tour feel. He took us to many different non touristy locations or the way to the main attractions. We even had a chance to watch a sunset at a local bar! Thank you Nuno!

My three friends and I absolutely loved this small group tour of the fabulous castle at Sintra, and it’s quaint village, and so much more! Ariana was a wonderful tour guide, and with just six of us, it made it so much more fun. Also the crashing surf along the ocean, Cabo da Roca, and the fun town of Cascais. Thumbs up all around!

Joao was a wonderful guide. Everything was handled so smoothly and he had such great information! The Sintra castle and lunch stop, wonderful. Cascais is nice to see but too touristy for my taste but a nice stop.

My husband and I booked this tour on our last full day. It ended up just being us and one other woman, so almost a private tour. However, the keep the groups relatively small either way which il is great.
Our guide was super friendly and welcoming. She clearly loves her job and we even got to know her a bit throughout the day - when we parted ways she gave us a big hug! So kind.
We went to Pena Palace first which I really liked. She took us hiking through the garden instead of right there which gave us time to learn more about the royal family and the history while experiencing the gorgeous green space. She did mention that she adapts it for people who don’t have good mobility. Overall the walk wasn’t too bad, just hilly like everything else in Portugal! We went in November so it wasn’t too crowded but she did mention that the palace gets crazy busy in the summer, so just beware of that. We had about an hour or so to explore Sintra after, which was fun as well.
She also took us to Cabo da Roca and Cascais. Unfortunately it was a little rainy, but we still enjoyed exploring a bit. The guide did a good job of mixing up being informative with the history of all these places, giving tips on what to do/eat, and just chatting and getting to know us. She kept the day moving at a good pace. The tour was a good value for the money, in my opinion! I would definitely recommend.

John did a great job! At the Sinatra palacio, he led us right where we needed to be at the right time so we were able to bypass the long line. Without a tour guide, we would have been stuck waiting forever and trying to buy tickets.
The other spots were lovely. We had enough time in each spot and the van had strong wifi!

My Wife and I and our daughter decided to visit the Sintra area on our short break to Lisbon, we could have done it ourselves as we had our own car but booked the trip instead. This turned out to be the best decision as the guide turned the day into an easy and very informative trip. Would recommend this trip 100%.

Picked up and dropped off close to our airbnb. Pleasant walk through the garden of Peña Palace. Peña palace was amazing. Our guide, Orenia was very good, very knowledgeable. Sintra was interesting and would have liked more time there. Cabo da Roca , Cascais and the coastal drive ok.
