This combination tour is a wonderful mix of rainforest with hanging bridges and animals, Arenal volcano and La Fortuna waterfall. From the pick-up to the sights and lunch, the whole tour went excellently with a very experienced and friendly guide. A recommendation!

We had such a great day with Daniela and Mario! We did the volcano hike in the morning. Daniela was an excellent guide and taught us a lot about the area, volcano, and flora/fauna. She also took some really great pictures for us! After the hike, we saw the Fortuna Waterfall. So beautiful! But be prepared for 500 steps down and 500 steps back up! Lunch was excellent! There were several options, but we both got the tradition casado. Last was Mistico Hanging Bridges. What a cool experience! It was raining during our walk so a lot of animals were hiding, but the walk itself is absolutely beautiful! It was cool to be in the rainforest while it was raining, and the hanging bridges are fun to cross!
This tour is a great way to see and do a lot. Thank you Daniela for a fun and educational day! Thank you Mario for driving us from place to place and also preparing some snacks and water after our morning hike!

We enjoyed 2 fabulous tours with ecoterra, who focuses on smaller groups so you get a more intimate experience. We did the Hanging bridges, la Fortuna falls and volcano hike combo as we were already staying at a hotel with hot springs. A must to do in LA Fortuna. All the transportation from the hotel was on time and Gabriel our tour guide was excellente. He was very friendly and so knowledgeable. The other tour we went on was the sloth territory one to see their national animal. We managed to see 6 of them hiding amongst the trees! Herman our 2nd guide was very good to explain everything all you would want to know about them. The shuttles are well maintained and in excellent condition.

Minor was an amazing guide. Learning about the flora and fauna, the Volcano formation and all of the animals/insects was beyond our expectations. It made the experience worth the rain and fog!

Had a great time! We started with the hanging bridges (my favorite part: I love bridges) and were lucky enough to see some animals along the trail, including frogs, toucans, and monkeys. Then we went to the waterfall, which had a bunch of people, and the steps were a lot, but the waterfall was beautiful. Then a great lunch, with appetizer, lunch, desert, and a watermelon drink. We finished with the hike to the volcano fields, which was wet by that point of the day, but not too bad. It was a great view though. Our guides were knowledgeable, nice, and fun.
