Antonio exceeded every expectation imaginable and we feel so lucky to have been paired with such a kind, funny, knowledgeable, and quick witted tour guide. He made our day at Teotihuacan educational and fun and provided a lot of care throughout the whole day. He even had the forethought to bring cold waters for all of us so that we were hydrated and comfortable throughout the entire tour. I think every single person in our group had a smile on their face all day and it was mostly because of him! What a special experience. Thank you for everything!

Everything went according to plan, Martha is a knowledgeable guide that cares about the group. In my opinion the stop at the tourist shop is unnecessary.

Even with the inevitable Mexico City traffic... the trip was very pleasant. Carlos and his driver sped us thru and we had a very relaxed time in the different sites.

Teotihaucan was impressive. It was grand in scope but not overwhelming. Not too crowded on a Monday. My favorite was the Basilica. There's so much there and it's pure eye candy. Loved the modern basilica too. The grounds and gardens are magnificent

It's well-paced with a friendly informative guide and competent driver. Plenty of stops for bathroom breaks. Meal was at a pretty solid restaurant too. Food was good and reasonably priced

For all you see and do, this is a great bargain IMHO.

Fantastic bus tour where we saw 3 different locations. Rosa Maria (tour guide) was very knowledgeable and gave great context/history at each location. Alberto (driver) was great and got us safely to each location. 10/10 recommend this tour

Rosa María & Alberto were great tour guides. We had four different stops and learned a lot about the culture and history of Mexico and Mexico City at each stop. The tour was fun and informative.

Carlos was friendly and informative. The sites were amazing and interesting. To top off the great day the group was all very friendly and kind.

The only negative for me was that the van wasn’t very comfortable for me as a tall guy with broad shoulders and relegated to the back row but this is me being picky.

I requested for a pickup but never received confirmation on it. I left a message on Viator which till today is left unanswered. I called the number in the automated message sent when you make a booking, only to realize the number is not working. As such, I just went to my requested pickup point 15min before the advertised start time, only to realize I was late. Thankfully, a van came to pick me up at the advertised point but with a lady saying I was late. I was never informed of the time to be at the pickup. Worst thing was, when I arrived at the start point, I was asked to join a waiting group who must have thought I was the guy who was late.

Also, the guide was a nice guy but his Spanish accent was so thick I could not understand more than half of what he was saying. I did not learn much about the history as a result.

The mini van was also so small with such small seats that I did not actually seat with my back on the chair as I had to sacrifice and be the one sitting out so the rest could sit with the backs on the chairs. I have a neck ache now.

Do not recommend at all!

We waited at the pickup spot. They were running a little late. There is AC in the van. Teresa did the tour in both English and Spanish. We had plenty of time at the pyramids. We ate after the pyramids. The food was good. Afterwards, everyone was exhausted!
