Great seeing the animals, people on the tour jeep and especially the tour guide. Also our private driver was patient and very helpful getting a WiFi connection for us for an emergency call to our hotel.

We cannot recommend this tour highly enough. We were looking for something to do whilst changing at Johannesburg airport, and decided the one-day safari would be a good choice. We are so glad we booked with this company.
The night beforehand we were contacted on WhatsApp to explain where exactly to meet at our hotel and given a 10 minute pick-up window and the next morning the driver was there as organised. We then had a 2 1/2 hour drive to the National park, with a quick comfort stop on the way. This was an excellent way to see more of South Africa and crossed through several provinces. We changed vehicles at Pilanesberg and went with a professional guide who drove us across the extensive reserve and used his expertise to show us lots of beautiful animals, including elephants, leopards, rhinos, hippos, giraffes and many more. A choice of lunches and cold drinks is also included, which you select whilst at the restaurant, and we returned back to our hotel with our first driver around 6pm.
All in all, an exceptionally organised tour which is great value for money, and a good opportunity to see more than the airport.

The trip was great. Everyone involved was very nice and informative. Transfer to and from my hotel was included and great. I traveled alone and made great friends on the journey. I got to see elephants, rhinos, hippos, cheetahs, giraffes and some other herbivores, but wasn’t able to see any lions or leopards. Overall, though, a wonderful experience.

This day trip far exceeded our expections. After having spent 3 days at a private game reserve adjacent to Kruger, we decided to add this day trip from Joburg. We saw so many animals including a large herd of elephants, numerous giraffes, a cheetah and other animals as well. This trip was an exceptional value. Our driver from Joburg to Pilanesberg and back, Tshepo, was excellent. Tshepo was timely, provided us with interesting information along our route and was very pleasant to spend the 5 hour round trip drive with. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this excursion and highly recommend it, especially for travelers who have limited time to sight see.

We were lucky enough to see 3 of the big 5 in our trip. Lion(esses), elephant, rhino on our drive. Not a super early wake up which was perfect for us. Driver was on time to our hotel and took us to the park where we transferred to an open jeep for the actual safari

Excellent safari day, saw lions, elephants, rhino, giraffe, hippo, and more. Well organised and safe. Efficient pick up from hotel and fast transfer to Pilenesberg. Brilliant drive in open top vehicle so you can feel close to the animals yet totally safe. Very knowledgable guide on the safari who tells you all about the animals. The guides are in contact with others so they know where animals have been spotted and they can quickly take you there. At lunchtime you go to a lodge for 1 hour inclusive meal with choice of meal and drink. Burger and fries with milk shake very good. Remember to take plenty of sun cream and water! Amazing day out , with memory of a life time, cannot believe we saw so many animals in one day, including lions and rhinos twice, and elephants and giraffes several times! 100% recommended!!

The tour itself was great as the guide Desmond was very fun and energetic. We saw rhinos, cheetah, elephants and giraffes and he tried his best to find us a lion (sadly we didn't see one). The way to the park, however, was a bit rushed as it took 2 hours to pick everyone up and we barely had time to make a much needed pit stop (tour left at 5:20am, arrived at 9:20am and we definitely needed a bite of food and coffee). Our driver was kind and got us there safely, only suggestion would be to better coordinate pick up and drop offs and plan at least one pit stop for a 4 hour drive!

I am a woman who loves to travel alone around the world.
I booked this tour and I was very blessed to have such a nice guide, NATI was extremely professional, respectful and full of knowledge.
I was the only person but in Pilanesberg I merge with a group of ladies who were flight attendants and they were traveling together, we enjoyed together, shared and laughed the whole day, also this was the only place in South Africa that I saw the big five (lion, leopard YES!!! we saw a leopard, rhino, elephant and African buffalo.
Everything was phenomenal and this was a tour I will never forget.
This company is super responsible they keep in touch with you, they picked me up at my hotel and dropped me of there.
