We booked this tour and we were impressed from start to finish. Our tour guide was called Riccardo who got in touch before the tour date to introduce himself and provide details of the meeting place.
From the meeting point we were introduced to our group for the day along with Riccardo’s driver, a small group of 6 in total we were driven to 2 vineyards one producing DOC and DOCG Prosecco.
The transportation was a comfortable minibus, the driver was very diligent and Riccardo was extremely knowledgable about both the wines and the local area.
Both vineyards provided a selection of Prosecco’s along with local food which was all excellent.
All in all an excellent trip, a perfect way to spend a day, well worth the money and would definitely recommend.

Our driver/tour guide, Ricardo, was amazing and made the experience fantastic! The tours/guides at the winery were amazing as well. Would definitely recommend over larger group tour. Worth the extra money by far.

Riccardo was the best tour guide. It was just Riccardo and my boyfriend which made the tour feel personable. Riccardo was very knowledgeable on the different presseco’s and different wines. The two winery’s we stopped at were family owned this gave the tour a welcoming feeling. We also got the opportunity to stop at a look out which was an amazing view of the country side!!! Another important factor is Riccardo drove very smoothly, which kept either of us from getting carsick!!! I would recommend this tour to anyone in the future especially with Riccardo as it’s personable and you get a wonderful look at the Italy countryside. Must do!

Riccardo provided a wonderful experience from start to finish. He was very clear on meeting location and arrived right on time. Travel to the wineries was comfortable and the wineries he selected to visit were top notch. He also helped us with our wine purchase and provided history and context for our visit. Can’t wait to come back and take another tour with him.

We had the most fabulous day in the Prosecco hills with Riccardo! We loved learning about the wine making process from 4th generation owners. The wine was top class! The views were breathtaking and we could not have asked for a better host. Riccardo was knowledgeable, fun and excellent at organizing and making this a wonderful experience. We would highly recommend taking this tour (or any others) with Riccardo!

this review is LONG overdue but necessary-
We were a bit late in deciding on a tour to taste prosecco and emailed Italy tours and more directly to ask if we could put something together and Riccardo responded immediately to assist. He was so gracious to take us on a full day private tour ON HIS DAY OFF.
We went to Vigna de Sara as well as La Casa Vecchia for Valdobbiadene tastings. Both places had spectacular views, as well as delicious tastings, with generous refills. <3
We made friends with another group that had 2 people that needed to break off due to a schedule conflict. Riccardo was trying to figure out how to make it work and we said have the 4 remaining people come with us, and we could continue the tour. We were happy to have shared the experience with the group, it was so fun!
We shared a ride then to Casa Vecchia was was by far and away the jewel of our time in Italy. Our host as well as the (dont call it prosecco) Valdobbiadene was so so so so delicious.
The whole experience was incredible, and we are so thankful Riccardo was accommodating to our short notice and flexible even while the tour was happening, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to ANYONE travelling to Venice for a trip to taste some bubbles :)
