From the onset of my experience with Giacobbe I was pleased. I posed a question about the start time on the Viator app and immediately got a call from the tour coordinator. He answered the question and helped me prepare for the meet. Once we arrived for the tour we were greeted by Mario, on time at the designated spot, with smiles. The van was comfortable and clean, and as soon as we got on the road he talked about what was ahead. What I liked most was that they were engaging and open to any time changes at every destination so that we could have the best experience possible. This is something you don’t get with larger group tours. So thank you Giacobbe for a great Amalfi Coast tour! We would definitely use them again.

An excellent full day tour of Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. Our host an driver Mario was very friendly, organised and made the trip very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

Carmine welcomed us from the moment we arrived at the station, acting as our guide during the journey, offering us lemonades and delicious coffees and never letting us miss his Neapolitan friendliness. The views were fantastic and so was the food, like the Sorrento gnocchi. Highly recommended

We had a fantastic tour of the Amalfi coast organised by Carmine. Our driver was Ciro and he was an absolute gentleman. He brought us to all the best places - including a great place for lunch. He gave us loads of information about the whole area and was so welcoming and friendly. The car we travelled in was top class and super comfortable. Overall a five star unique experience! Carmine’s tours are wonderful!
We are 5 member Family with children and it was very comfortable to travel with him, explanation and recomendations!

A beautiful and relaxing tour, Carmine was a good guide who explains the chosen tour in an understandable way. Fun and respectful with customers. Also including the airport/hotel service, a complete service for us (6 adults) ideal.

The only bad experience was the return to the airport at the end of the holidays, where an employee of Carmine, and I must name him, being Vincenzo, was not respectable with one of the customers simply because he was a FAN OF ANOTHER TEAM that he did not welcome.
To the point of not saying goodbye to him and not unloading his suitcase from L'Autovettura. A behavior that does not reflect the beauty of Naples.
Carmine apologized for his behavior and was sorry for what had happened.
