2. National Palace Museum
The Taipei National Palace Museum is a world-class museum that hosts an eclectic collection of treasures kept by generations of Emperors ruling from the Forbidden City. In WWII, Nationalist troops seized the most important pieces in order to prevent invaders from ransacking China's national treasures. A twist of fate eventually brought these treasures to Taiwan.
3. Longshan Temple
Many festivals and celebrations are held in Lungshan, often called "meeting place of the gods" for the wealth of deities worshipped here. Lungshan means "Dragon Mountain.
4. Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall
The most prominent historical landmark in Taiwan, the CKS Memorial Hall was erected in honor and memory of Generalissimo Chiang Kai-shek, the former President of the Republic of China, and was opened in 1980 as part of a national park and gathering area. The name of the square is officially Liberty Square, as seen above the front gate, however the name change was politically motivated and most people in practice still refer to the entire complex as CKS Memorial Hall.
5. Yongkang Street
Taiwanese cuisine's mecca and home to the original (and world-renowned) Din Tai Fung restaurant (located along Xinyi Road), Yong Kang Street is a must visit destination for all travelers to Taipei City. Housing restaurants and cafés that cater to all budgets, Yongkang Street and its neighboring lanes and alleys are home to more than 30 operations, not including night market carts and independent merchants that line the streets selling all types of food, including pan-Chinese cuisine, Korean, Japanese, Western, and unique fusion dishes unique to Yong Kang.
6. Taipei 101
Towering above the city like the gigantic bamboo stalk it was designed to resemble, Taipei 101 is impossible to miss. At 508m, Taipei 101 held the title of 'world's tallest building' for a number of years. Until 2011, it also held the title of the world's tallest green building.
7. Keelung Harbor
Your personal tour guide will escort you back to Keelung Port at the end of the tour.

Our guide turned up on time and was excellent from start to finish. He provided water and even umbrella's due to the inclement weather. His knowledge was outstanding and you can tell he is very proud of his culture. He made sure we saw everything that we requested. Got back to the ship on time. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there and recommend the company. Excellent.

Bruce Lan our tour guide was excellent and designed a great local tour for us and even took us to his favorite noodle restaurant. We went off the beaten path and got to see more of the old city and experience the local scene. He treated us to some local goodies and teas and educated us about the culture and foods. He made the tour exciting and fun.

Vincent was a terrific tour guide! Our favorite part was learning about all the wonderful fruits in Taiwan. Vincent took us to several fruit shops so that we could try everything. Great experience all around!

Chiao Chiao is a great tour guide. Excellent service from pre tour to post tour. Took us to the Yehliu Geopark and also Taipei down (101), Chiang Kai-Shek memorial Hall, Dragon Hill Temple, the Grand Hotel. Took a lot of pictures for us.
She offered to take us to the Keelung night market but we decided to be drop off instead as it was already 6:30pm and Keeling cruise terminal is close to the cruise terminal.

Our guide Alex was excellent, he collected us from the cruise terminal and was so helpful to my husband who uses a walking stick..
The highlight was going up tower 101 with Alex.. amazing views and technology

Our travel guide Bubble was great. His English was perfect. He was very detail oriented and knowledgeable. We visited all places we agreed and were back at precise time. By the bay he advised us a great lunch . He made our stay at Taipei very pleasant

We had a great day in Taiwan. Yehliu and Taipei, both in one day, exactly the attractions that were important to us and at our own pace. Ben from Yolo guided us really well so that we were able to get the most out of the short time. Thank you very much for that.

Our tour guide Roger was exceptional. His communication prior to meeting us at the cruise ship was terrific.
And the tour itself was soo good.Roger showed us the local good eats. He also took some amazing photos of us with the best scenic backgrounds! Couldn’t be happier with our booking and we were soo much faster than the large cruise ship buses. Thanks Roger

Wow ….. what a treat this tour was with the most wonderful tour guide called Steven . My husband and I booked an 8 hr tour of Taipei and surrounding area , we had done our research and knew what we wanted to prioritise. Steven is a wonderful very friendly personable guy with excellent spoken English ….. he listened to our thoughts on meeting and planed the day accordingly amending a few things with better suggestions ! He drove us in his immaculate car and we had the most interesting fun day ! Steven is so knowledgeable and was so well informed and our day definitely exceeded expectations . Thank you so much Steven for a memorable day, and well done .
