Very attentive to the needs of the crew, careful with the measures and guidelines to take care of nature and be able to continue enjoying this incredible experience!

Highly professional and organized crew. Took care of us from beginning till end, including comfortable transportation to and from our hotel. Isla Mujeres is your first stop before the snorkelling, which was a bit too short but it’s not a big deal. Isla Contoy is the star of the experience; beautiful island with preserved flora and fauna and the best beaches/waters I’ve been to. Lunch was yummy and filling and unlimited drinks available on the boat rides.
Highly recommended!

Mini- bus scheduled to collect us at 7:50 am at hotel. We were sitting outside lobby at exact point where mini buses arrive! All mini buses are white and drivers get out and call out names! Our name was never called out but received a call from tour guide who booked trip to say that mini bus had arrived but we weren’t there! We know for sure that our name wasn’t called out! Surely the driver could have gone up to the people waiting to check names? Extremely disappointed as so looking forward to this trip and lost £200!

Catamaran ride was exceptional, with good drinks and service. Beach on the island was fantastic. Golf cart rentals are overpriced along with the food and drinks also being expensive. Street vendors are very pushy and persistent. Bring a lot of cash to enjoy yourself or plan on sitting on the beach the whole trip.

The boat crew was wonderful and inclusive, and had great recommendations for the island! Snorkeling was incredible; so many beautiful fish swimming all around us! Thank you for the great time! Definitely book the 2-7pm trip for an amazing sunset on the way back!
