The tour covered all the must see things in Rio. There was some confusion regarding where to meet the tour guide and when we asked at tour desk in the hotel lobby, we were given incorrect information about where to wait. The guide was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of informaiton about the city and the sites. We would have preferred not to have so much down time, though. We waited around alot. Overall, it was a good way to see as much as possible in a single day.

We had booked this tour based on price this was the most expensive option came highly recommended
Sadly it was a let down
It started with pick up we were ready at 725 but were not picked up till 815 there were some road closings due to a game but the company did not adjust the route
We picked up other guests till 930 going round and round on the same road
Any way got to the Christ statue the booking was gone
Some how we managed to get up on the train to go up at 1030 by the time we came down half the day was gone
Then we rushed around town spending 15-20 min at other places until we got to sugar loaf at 4 pm the guide spent 30 minutes getting the tickets
The. Of course the long line
My friend had a flight catch so just turned back from the intermediate stop
We did not get down till 7 pm what was to be a 8 hour tour turned into 12 hour of hurry up and wait

Tour did not start on time due to stadium game and closed roads. Tour should have anticipated this. Tour was 9-1/2 hours rather than 8 hours. Long wait times for train and cable car due to late start. Tour director a bit rude when asked questions. Otherwise tour itinerary was very good.

Christ the Redeemer was good but weather didn’t allow optimal visibility. Sugarloaf was great. Lunch was good. Awkward with sharing with two languages…woul be better with just one language tour. Guide was excellent and knowledgeable.

This was a huge tour. Long day including many sights. We loved visiting them all and despite long waits they were well worth it. The highlight was having an unexpected sunset view from Sugarloaf Mountain due to some delays at other stops during the day. Worth it if you don’t have much time and be patient as everyone wants to see the same highlights! Advice booking on a small tour as was a lot to have 36 people to move around:)

I have found this trip on tripadvisor. When i booked i have selected my hotel to be picked up. After paying i got a message that i wouldn t be picked up at the hotel at 8 o clock but miles further ( 40 minuten drive) at 7:20. I recieved no help to get to the other hotel much further and payed for getting there what i would normally have payed to get from hotel to christ the redeneer. When i contacted c2rio and asked if they could pick me up at the hotel or get a refund and do go i got a negative respond. During the trip the guide was kind but it would have been easer to do it on my own( and that would have lots cheaper).
So no more c2rio for me.

We had a very long day that started off with late pickup because a futbol match closed off the streets and the driver was 45 minutes late. This cascaded into big delays at Corcovado where we missed our train and got about 2 hours behind schedule. Communication from the company was good. With that said, the tour guide was professional but a bit overwhelmed with all of the challenges. Another 30 minutes delay waiting for Sugarloaf tickets to print added more delay. That said we saw all the sights in perfect weather, the BBQ lunch was very good quality and by the time we got up to the top of Sugalrloaf it was sunset on a perfect clear day. The Selaron Steps and San Sebastián Cathedral wee also amazing to see. Overall would give 5 stars except for the delayed start (we got back 11 1/2 how’s after our original pickup). At the end of the day the guide seemed to be doing his best and the views and weather were perfect. Have to be ready if things don’t always go as planned. Would recommend.
