Booked for the 8am trip to Hatta but sadly our lift never turned up. No contact the day before or the morning of the trip which did make me think the worst. I tried to WhatsApp and call the trip organisers but no response.
Thankfully our hotel The Rove organised a private trip which got us on our way to Hatta just over an hour after we decided to give up waiting.
I had no data in Dubai so when we got home that evening I came back to messages to say they were on their way to pick us up for the 2pm trip.
Good thing is I requested a refund and that night already had confirmation that it was being processed

It was good trip to Hatta, enjoying with another nature than desert or sea, chill with kayaking on the white-blue lake, after that i tried real Mountain bicycle roads with amazing views Hatta city in the valley and landscape of Mountains. Hatta nature looks like Arizona state or Texas, its just one hour driving from Dubai.
