We were told to arrive at 9 am and the Catamaran sailed at 10 am... Snorkeling didn't have enough time to see under the sea sculptures... additionally, Isla Mujeres stop is short and you are not able to see that much (only 1:30 hours)

Had to email them the day before because we never got confirmation for a pick up location or any contact from the company whatsoever. After an hour of waiting after the pick up time was confirmed we had to contact them to ask where they were and they canceled the trip because the driver got into an accident. Seems sketchy or maybe they overbooked or over looked our reservation and that was the excuse. One star because I got my refund.

So much fun! Great activities on the way over to the island and delicious drinks. Then a stroll around downtown before sailing back. Great day out!
