Navigating a new city alone can be daunting, but Asif Yaqub made my transfer in Dubai stress-free and enjoyable. He was accommodating, informative, and a pleasure to chat with. Complain about our tour
We took a bus tour asked the hotel desk tour agent Rayna in Dubai . The font desk office was very helpful - Debasish but the agent name Zahid was so manipulative. Our first stop should be BAPS Abu Dhabi temple but he claimed it was traffic . Then I said why never updated us , he said Insallah we will go later then I said can we take taxi then you come and pick us up . He said can , but I had doubts as he said he may not come to the point to pick us . Now he came to the last 5 km point because I was pressing him to follow the itenery and he diverted said road was closed . Actually it was not closed I was on google map .
He keep saying I am following itenery . He didn’t follow the itenery because BAPS mandir was the 2nd stop in our itenery and that was not followed . He didn’t realise it until I asked him why didn’t go to BAPS when will you go . That’s the time he started to say ‘ I can take taxi ‘ and so on . When I said I can’t to do that , he said will go as last stop but then mentioned road closed we will directly head to Dubai …. I was on google map road is not closed … we were 5 km away from BAPS . He gave us false promises . This is very disappointed for us .

Tauheed Ahmad was our driver for the full day City tour. He was very polite, competent and helpful. Bravo! Our tour was interesting overall in the culture district. Beautiful the Louvre Museum and the Abrahamic family house (finally something has been concretely done for tolerance between religions). The Al Zayed Mosque was marvelous, but too crowded of tourists impolite and pushee. The Presidential Palace, nice, but my feeling was that no one really lived there.

The tour is interesting and the places we visited were facinating. I would like to commend Vishal from Conrad hotel desk. He is very knowledgeable and professional in dealing with things. He explain to us like a historian who knows the city and the culture by Heart. He is simply the best. I can see a future manager in him. All the best to your company. Keep up the good work.

I went to Abu Dhabi and in 7 hours my driver guided me through the Louvres, the Qasr Al Watan, the date market, the Ferrari House, Sheikh Zayed Mosque. Dipak Gvalani arranged a perfect ride with a perfect driver Saleem.

Rayna Tour with Taj done very well, that day we passed : Grand Mosque amazing , Emirate palace ,also , Herotage , Yas island with Ferrari point on the way blow mind, guide provided a lot od local interesting informations , very professional, we can recomend it for everybody who want to see it from inside :)) thx Taj
