While this tour was a little pricey, you get what you pay for. Our tour guide, Aulia, and driver, "E", were absolutely awesome. We were picked up from our hotel and driven the 30 or so miles into Malaysia, where Aulia and E took over. The drive to Kuala Lumpur was about four hours, which we enjoyed, we stopped at several locations to include a mosque; however, the highlight was the Petronas Twin Towers. Mind you that this is a very long day-left at 5/5:30am and got back around 1:00am the next day, to include customs and immigration. Aulia, was great, so much so that we booked a tour to Batam, Indonesia the next day and requested that she be our guide. You'd enjoy this long, memorable day.

As others have stated in their reviews, we didn't have time to devote to a handful of days in Malaysia so we opted for this one-day excursion, essentially burning a vacation day of the Singapore part of our multi-country trip. At the end of the day, this was totally worth it. We went from place to place, hitting everything in Kuala Lumpur listed on the itinerary--and more. We were able to purchase tickets to the twin towers (separate of the tour) and went up to the observation deck on the 86th floor, taking our guide and driver with us. Dian and Andi made this more than enjoyable even though I was a little apprehensive at the beginning as we had never done a private tour life this before. Highly recommended if you want to get the most out of a single day in KL and don't have a lot of time to devote to doing the running around yourself.

The whole trip was professional organized from the beginning to the end.
The driver came 5 minutes before pick up time, and we have wonderful guide DIAN and driver Mr.Di, they were excellent. Dian even climb almost 300 stairs in Batu Caves with us, she is really friendly, warm and generous person.
Because of them our trip to KL was perfect.

The guide and driver worked smoothly and like clockwork. Alone, we’d need at least three days to see all we saw and experieced. Wonderful trip, perfect Organization! Congrats!!!

Excellent tour to beautiful Kuala Lumpur. Our tour guide Dian did an Outstanding job, she was very nice, helpful, kind and very knowledgeable of the Malaysian history and culture. The driver Mr Gee did an amazing job driving us to the different points of the tour. I definitely recommend this tour while you’re visiting Singapore.

I'd like to share our fantastic experience with this tour operator after our recent one-day trip. What an amazing country. To be shown around by the guide and driver, was like being VIP. They were knowledgeable and friendly and professional in all there dealings with us. To see the old and new working wonderfully together is so awesome. Highly recommended.

Olia was an amazing guide and very extensive in her knowledge of everything she presented to us and also a star photographer (couldn’t upload on here though). Olia’s enthusiasm and excitement about every spect of the tour was engaging and the Batu Caves were a huge highlight to us; wear comfy walking shoes as there’re LOTS of stairs and the monkeys pinched my sunglasses - which I negotiated back by offering food!
The KL Tower ‘Atmosphere 360’ revolving restaurant was absolutely phenomenal - totally amazing! I’m also vegan and had no issues with eating. Loved this trip and thoroughly recommend! Little tip though, crossing the boarders can be very time consuming so make sure you’re prepared and have ALL your travel docs ready to show and hotel accommodation details too as we had to show all this - luckily we’d downloaded all the info.
