What a great excursion. We were able to tour some of La Romana, take a speed boat to Isla Saona, swim, have a barbecue lunch and enjoy some more time swimming at the beach there before making our way back on a catamaran.

The beauty of Saona Island is indescribable, a wonderful and unmissable tour, good food and drink. The bus company that made the transfer to the boarding location was punctual, BUT THE DRIVER BARI WAS EXTREMELY BAD, BAD AND RUDE. The tour was booked in Portuguese, but it was entirely in English and a little bit in Spanish.
The only reason I didn't give it the highest rating was because of the driver's service.

The tour guide was very nice and helpful, he gave us a lot of information. He had an answer to all of our questions, can also speak a little German, didn't leave anyone behind and had the group well under control.

Pick up was perfect. Nice driver and precisely on time. Our guide, Benjamin, was awesome! Got to port and had to give up Benjamin for Edward. Edward was average. Speed boat and staff were great. Island beautiful. Lunch was average. Drinks were less than average. Not enough variety. Not cold at all. Lounges on the beach were average. We also went to Altos de Chovan. Beautiful but nothing was open. We were there too early.

Great experience! Our guide Christian and Rodrigo were wonderful and will definitely be back and will request them. They made us feel welcome and felt like family. Very safe and very honest.

Ownership and top management not been able to grant the money back from the part of the tour they were not able to fulfill to visit Altos de Chavon. Sadly, because they have a great team backing them up.

What an amazing crew is for the tour, sadly ownership or top management do not support them when something goes sideways like not including Altos de Chapon because of an special event happening there. The promise was getting $10 dollars back and as of now it never happen. Very sad to see the crew that makes things happen NOT having the support from ownership or top management.
Putting aside the situation that ownership or top management did not know how to handle it is a Wonderful Tours recommended thanks to the crew that makes things happen but NOT to ownership or top management.

We went to so many fun locations with Christian and Mergaue! Would recommend, lots of fun boats and beaches. We enjoyed a natural pool in the middle of the ocean, a feast, and a beach front day.

It was a nice boat trip with good service. The employees were friendly and very patient. It was really worth the money. I would really like to do it again.
