Francesco mixed humor and great knowledge into a very fun tour. He was very responsive to the groups questions and was overall so much fun! You can tell how much he enjoys his job and he has a great laugh!

Frankie was amazing! Gave a great tour with great historical anecdotes and painted a great description of the events at Pompeii. Never fill out tour reviews typically but for once i had to!

We were lucky to have Francesco as our guide. He grew up in Pompeii and his deep knowledge of the ruins and his ability to show us the highlights made what would otherwise have been an overwhelming experience just fabulous. We really felt history came alive with his narrative! Seeing Pompeii in the spring with all the red poppies was breathtaking. Really lovely tour!

Great host Francheso, he has lot of knowledge and also very funny. We took the morning tour, we recommend that, since it got hot by 11.30am. Worth the visit.

We enjoyed the tour of Pompeii tremendously. It was 'n highlight of our trip. A huge reason for our experience is because our guide, Francesco, was so knowledgeable and passionate about the area. He has a nice sense of humor and a fun way of sharing information.

This was a great experience!! The driver picked us up promptly on time, the coordinator met us as soon as we arrived at Pompeii. Our guide was THE BEST guide we have had on any tour. He was warm, friendly and was able to answer all of the questions our group had. His laughter was infectious. Your experience of Pompeii will be heightened if you use this tour!

We booked this tour with transfer from Naples with a small group. Because of the time of year, there were only two of us and so we had a private tour that would otherwise cost twice as much... and it was great, unique!
We were picked up by a driver in a very well-maintained minibus at a meeting point in Naples near the main train station. The driver was very punctual and careful. Our guide Anna was waiting for us on site. We had booked a tour in English, which was no problem because Anna spoke very good English.
It was wonderful. Anna was extremely competent (as far as we can remember, she studied history and art as well as archaeology) and you could tell that she loves this place, and the time with her was accordingly informative. She is also a very charming and humorous person, we can only recommend the experience!
After the 2 - 2 1/2 hour tour, we were picked up by the driver and taken to Naples Central Station... great, definitely try it out if you want to see Pompeii properly and not just stumble around without any information, because the area is really very big.

First of all: The guide, who got us in Pompeii was excellent; he has an extraordinary knowledge and could transfer it to us. We leanrt a lot and saw the most important spots of the area. Thanks a lot.
The organization of the travel (Napoli/Ramadahotel-Pompeii) was a desaster in terms of organization. The announced Minivan was a private car, the car couldn't be identified, the driver couldn't identivy himself as driver of the company (how to know that his wasn't a fake driver...), the pickup-point wasn't the indicated bus-station..
Therefore in terms of summary excellent, knowledgeable guide, horror travel-organization.
