The day tour was extremely enjoyable. The scenery was beautiful, and Monica, our tour guide, was very kind and informative. return back, make sure to use the train's bathroom facilities as the 3-hour bus tour doesn't have any stops or bathrooms available. This 13-hour tour was memorable in every way.

Be prepared to get to the meeting point early and know that nothing is open nearby for coffee and dress for the weather. The first stop on the bus was a quick stop to get out, use the toilet and get a snack. The ride up the mountain on a bus is an unforgettable experience and requires an experienced driver - a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Monica was our tour guide and very knowledgeable, friendly, organized and spoke both English and Italian. She made sure that the car on the Bernina Line that was reserved for our group was clear of other passengers. She made the trip complete with all her knowledge and was a true joy!

Meeting in the dark was challenging. Thankfully the app had a GPS coordinate that allowed us to use maps to get in the area. Extremely long day. 13 hours but worth it. The views were very nice. I recommend to go in the off season to avoid crowds and it gave us time to stop along the way to St Moritz to use the restroom and grab some food. It also allowed us to spend some quality time in St Moritz to shop and eat. The train was nice and clean. Pay the upcharge for the panoramic car to truly enjoy the views. Sit on drivers side of the train. Make sure you use the restroom before you depart the train. The ride home was 3-1/2 hours with no stops. Out tour guide was Monica and she did a wonderful job pointing out all of the sites and giving us some history along the journey.

No interaction between the guide and the group. Did not feel like I learnt much about what we were seeing. More time sitting on a bus bored than anything.
Wasted 30mins waiting for a second bus to pick up other passengers as it was not there. Time allowed in St Moritz is not enough as you have 1h20mins to get lunch and walk around, then get back to the train.
Would not do this again.

This trip was expected to be the highlight of our trip to Milan. It turned out to be the low point of our journey. Titiana, the tour guide, was lacking in ability to speak in a clear manner. She held the microphone too close to her mouth. Although too loud, this made it impossible to understand what was being said. She had little to say of interest and showed indifference to her travelers.
For passengers from Milan, stopping in Como made the bus ride unexpectedly long. On the return trip an extra 30 minute wait for the Como passengers pick up bus was a drag on an already too long time sitting in the bus. All in all, not a well layed out itinerary.

Excellent trip, Monika was a fabulous tour guide and everything was smooth and we were well informed of all delays (traffic due to an accident outside of their control etc). All in all a fantastic day trip and one of the best tours I’ve ever done!
