Start on an enchanting journey from Milan to the picturesque Cinque Terre, a series of five vibrant coastal villages nestled along the stunning Italian Riviera.
From La Spezia, we board a scenic train that takes us to Monterosso, the largest and perhaps the most charming of the Cinque Terre villages. Here, you'll have ample free time to explore the narrow winding streets, soak in the local atmosphere, and indulge in a delightful lunch.
Following the exploration of Monterosso, the journey continues with a panoramic cruise to Portovenere, reveling in the breathtaking coastal views. In Portovenere, you'll have the opportunity to wander through its narrow streets, visit historical sites, and appreciate the beauty of the seaside during your leisure time; Then we cruise back to La Spezia in order to catch the bus to Milan.
In the case of adverse sea conditions, the charming village of Manarola will replace Portovenere, and all transfers will be seamlessly conducted by train.

Cinque Terre was beautiful. The tour is definitely worth taking if you don't have time to do an overnight trip. The tour was what we expected based on other reviews, a lot of time on bus, train and boat. Not sure this could be changed for a day trip from Milan. I thought there were lost opportunities; especially after we picked up the local guide. Very little information was shared with the tour group along the way. It was obvious the local guide was very knowledgeable talking to him one on one. Would be nice to stop some where other than truck stop on the way for the rest breaks.
Meeting location was convenient right off of the metro at the central station. Was not sure of the exact meeting location. People that arrived early were anxious if we were in the right place. Tour director and bus arrived right at the meeting time.
