Weather permitting crossing over to Gozo will be aboard private boat reserved exclusively for our guests. On the return voyage our boat sails past Comino's captivating Comino’s caves.

Safety is our priority, and in the case of bad weather, customers will be upgraded to either a self-drive eJeep or a chauffeured Tuk-Tuk.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

WHAT TO EXPECT

1. Xewkija
This impressive church boasts the third largest unsupported dome in the world. Access to the roof of the Rotunda via a lift, and from there you can enjoy panoramic 360-degree views of Gozo.
2. Sanap Cliffs
Not accessible by public transport or hop-on/hop-off tours, Sanap Cliffs is one of the highest points in Gozo. These breathtaking cliffs are a hidden gem with views of Malta and Comino in the distance.
3. Xlendi
Xlendi is a very popular coastal destination in Gozo, with beautiful blue water, cliffs, and Xlendi Tower. We stop at the Belvedere overlooking the Xlendi Tower and bay.
4. Fontana
Two 16th century well-preserved public washhouses built by the Knights of St John may be seen on either side of Spring Street in the village of Fontana. The larger one is locally known as the Ghajn il-Kbira meaning the ‘large spring’. The smaller one is Ghajn Bendu, ‘Bendu’s Spring’.
5. Dwejra Bay
This is where the famous Azure Window used to stand, although the area has so much more to discover, including Fungus Rock, the Inland Sea and Dwejra Tower. Do not miss the limestone quarries on your way down.
6. Inland Sea & Sunset View Point
Flo Azure Window is a cliff that is reachable by off road vehicles and offers stunning panoramic views of Dwejra’s historic tower, fungus rock and the location where once stood Dwejra’s window.
7. Wied il-Mielah Window
This massive limestone arch is currently the last surviving rock-arch window in Gozo. It is a natural geological formation jutting out from the cliff walls. The winding valley on its flank is called Wied il-Mielah, translatable as ‘Salt Valley’. This 29-metre-high structure is a massive block of coralline limestone strong enough to withstand the force of large sea-waves, salt erosion, and wind action.
8. Ghasri
Wied l-Għasri, is a marvelous place for a quad ride, especially in winter and spring. The valley begins at Ta’ Dbieġi Hill before winding down through the village of l-Għasri, and on between iż-Żebbuġ and Ta’ Ġurdan Hill to meet the sea between impressive cliffs. The very narrow and secluded bay is also a haven for those who seek a quiet bathing area
9. Xwejni Salt Pans
Xwejni is home to the Salt Pans, which are, as the name suggests, pans cut out of the rock where Gozitans still make salt to this day. The pans stretch for many kilometres.
10. Qbajjar Bay Beach
The Qolla l-Bajda Battery, also known as the Qbajjar Battery, is one of the many defensive structures built in the Hospitaller period, and continued to be used by Britain in World War I and World War II. When it was originally built, it was made up of two blockhouses, a gun platform, a parapet and a small ditch. These enabled it to provide defense to invading forces. The blockhouses had small gun-holes, in case of an attack from land. Now, this historic monument lies abandoned.
11. Sannat
This is where our guests can enjoy a light traditional lunch at a restaurant.
12. Tal Mixta Cave
Mixta Cave is a picturesque cave high up in the hills of Nadur. The cave essentially acts as a window for one of the grandest views you’ll ever see in Malta. Through the wide crevice of the cave, visitors will be able to witness a breathtaking panorama of Ramla Bay, one of Gozo’s widest and most famous beaches.
13. Comino
Comino Caves, which were naturally formed through hundreds of years of shaping by the rough Mediterranean Sea. Today, these caves are popular destinations as their crystal blue waters and magnificent structures provide an unforgettable experience for all.

This Quad Biking Day tour/ experience was amazing from start to end. Everything well organised from the hotel pick up/ drop off/ Ferry crossing to Gozo/ times and handovers in between each journey there and back. The management of it all was fabulous with the guides all very friendly, chatty and professional. We were out on the Quads for 4 hours in total including lunch at a pub (very nice pasta) and stops for photos at incredible locations. Our guide for the day ‘JC’ was fantastic, very clear on instructions, letting us know what to expect, giving us lots of information about Malta/ Gozo throughout and overall had a super personality providing us with lots of laughs all day (thanks JC?). Thanks for giving us our best ever ‘none traditional Christmas Day ever’. We will absolutely book this Quad bike tour again when back to Malta (hoping to be next Oct so you better still be there JC and all the team) I would recommend this tour to all, you won’t regret it? It is an amazing day with breathtaking views throughout - a truly stunning day!!

Pick up was on time. Transport to the ferry and going over to Gonzo was well organized. Quads were clean and ready upon arrival. Guides David and Kamel were very helpful and mindful of all the guests throughout the tour and had actually come to the ferry to see us off to Malta. Overall the experience was very positive and I would recommend them to others who are contemplating on a similar experience while in Malta

Ideally this is a must-do for a visit to Malta. Explore the island of Gozo on self drive quad tour. It's exhilarating and fun. Picturesque views. Tour lead David and Carmél were great with the team.
Must be a licensed driver and must have had your license for at least 12 months. I totally recommend this experience!

This was such a highlight on our trip to Malta. It truly felt like 3 tours in one - with the van to the ferry, the beautiful ferry ride to Gozo, and then the incredible quad tour over the whole island. Dave was our tour guide and absolutely made every aspect of it fun, while also teaching us so much. It makes all the difference when you can tell someone loves what they do.

Keep in mind when booking - it is very much an all day event. We were picked up at 08:00 and got back to our hotel after 18:30. Maybe don’t book a fancy dinner for that night. I am not saying this in a bad way; we enjoyed all of it and would do it again in a heart beat. Just something to know so you aren’t double booking yourself.

This Tour was just the greatest experience I ever had. The Guides were super kind and make sure everyone is safe. The possibility to explore Gozo on a quad, is the best way I could ever imagine. I will do this again!

The pick-up from one of the Valletta hotels was timely, and the trip to the ferry in a minivan was ok. Were given wristbands before boarding the ferry, and a person on the Gozo side would put us in small vehicles to take to the garage where quads were stored. Pics of Driver's ID were taken and short instructions were given. In particular, we were asked to follow each other closely in a convoy - which is what caused the problem later. The leader of the group (our guide who was in the front on his own quad) was braking unexpectedly before turns, and, expectedly, that led to some trouble. At one point he applied emergency braking as he abruptly decided to turn right, and sure enough, the rest of us (about 10 quads overall) couldn't quite follow the sudden move - being so close behind in a single line. Two ladies bumped into each other pretty hard, damaging both quads. For the next 40 minutes, we were all sitting still under the scorching sun while the tour leaders were trying to persuade the ladies that it was their fault and that they had to pay for the damages (I am not sure how it all ended with them). Eventually, we were asked to take extra passengers on the remaining quads, since those two vehicles were non-operational. That situation certainly spoiled the impression.
Another disappointment was the lunch (included in the price) - rather dry and unappetizing pasta with cheese and a glass of water. I am sure that the organizers could have charged an extra 10 euros per person (if money was the issue) but to serve something more appealing than that.
Stops were amazing, we explored Gozo from all sides. Not much 'touristy' information was given by the guides, though. Yet, the views were surely stunning without any additional commentaries. The trip from the quad garage back to the ferry was an experience of its own - seven people were squeezed into a tiny space of an old pick-up truck-turned-passenger-car. Luckily, the trip to the ferry was short.
Overall, the natural beauty of Gozo and the sea that we beheld partly compensated for other shortcomings of the organizers, but there is certainly plenty of room for improvement here.

A great trip incorporating excellent transport, super activities on the fabulous quad bikes and an unexpected sunset visit to the blue lagoon. Very well organised.
