The trip was organised chaos - driver didn’t know what was happening and I didn’t receive a guide book at all whilst others received old torn guide books. The driver did not communicate what was happening- you need to sort this out - amateur show

We made the reservation a month in advance through Booking and when there was only half an hour left before departure, they canceled our trip to Auschwitz because they did not have the tickets available.
Very bad management, if we reserve a month in advance it seems surreal to me that half an hour before they inform us that we will not be able to carry out the activity, they should have some foresight. Of course they do not have a contact telephone number nor do they give you any solution.
Finally, we are going to leave Krakow without being able to visit Auschwitz, which was the main reason why we came from Spain.

Awful. Terrible experience.
We booked the activity a month in advance and they canceled the activity half an hour before.
We come to Poland just to do this activity of seeing the concentration camps and on a date with so many influxes they don't give us compensation, or ANYTHING.
We lost the activity and the trip was already ruined.
I will NEVER trust this company again.
They didn't even call us to apologize, it was booking that did it and on top of that it is clear that they didn't have the tickets purchased and would think about buying them the same day...
They only gave us a refund and no compensation, especially on the dates we were on.

Terrible
Drove 16 hours to Krakwo, arrived there, went to sleep quickly to leave in the morning for the bus for Auschwitz
Just as we are about to leave, we receive an email that our booking has been cancelled
Because the company itself was late in reserving tickets
We weren't happy already
But we thought we would drive there ourselves and buy tickets ourselves. After a drive of another 1h30 we arrived.
We stood in line for another hour and there were no more tickets available
So we booked a whole weekend in Poland, a 16 hour drive there and back to go to Auschwitz, all in the water because this terrible company didn't have any tickets themselves, but they do sell them.
We will get our money back, but we will have lost all our money from the hotel and the ride that took long enough
The worst part is that society does NOT respond
This is not acceptable
Never again through this company
They are scammers

NEVER AGAIN!!
We booked a trip that would start in Auschwitz at 12 noon. After a lot of delays and stupid excuses from the pavels tours, we could only start our tour at 2.40 pm. As a result, we were not able to see and read everything about Auschwitz, which is a shame. My advice is to book through another organization!!! A tour that was supposed to last 6 hours now only took 2.5 hours. It's scandalous to handle it the way he does and without any apologies.
DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!

Unfortunately pick up was 70 minutes late and it was freezing cold at the pick up point. I had to email TripAdvisor to find out what was happening. Pavel did respond quickly stating he had sent me a text explaining the delay. I did not receive a text. Eventually we set off late. There was a bit of hanging around at both sites that was a bit frustrating as it was even colder. We did get sufficient time at both sites and saw everything in good time. To be fair the day was worth it. The cost was very reasonable. I would recommend using this agent if you are happy to self-guide.
