We took the tour with Yoyo Alfani, our tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and punctual. He made sure that we saw the sights properly and ensured that we had enough time to enjoy all the attractions. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to enjoy the main sights of Cape Town.

This was the 2nd time I have done this tour. I enjoyed it when my wife and I did it in 2022 so when we returned to South Africa with our family we wanted to do the tour again with them. The boat ride to see the seals is a highlight and the penguin colony is amazing as is the beautiful scenery all along the coast. Our guide was well versed in the political history of the creation as well as the natural history. Unfortunately the cable car to table rock mountain was not running both times we did the tour so I can not comment on that, but the tour still took all day and there are a lot of great things to experience even without the cable car ride.

Thanks to the Beyond Africa Team we managed to embark on the best part of a week long stay in Cape Town. Our tour on the second day of our stay involved a trip to the Table Mountain followed by a visit to the seal island and the Boulders beach. The pickup from our hotel was bang-on punctual. Our guide Ray was smart enough to prebook all our tickets and he modified the itinerary in such a way that we didnt have to get stuck anywhere because of the festive time crowd. The drive along the Chapmans peack passing through the Camps Bay and Hout Bay were picture perfect. Ray also escorted us to a vegan friendly restaurant for lunch. Apart from being a thorough entertainer he was super informative giving sway those little nuggets of history enroute to the Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope. He didnt want us to miss any of the tourist attractions in the itinerary and made the overall day an awesome one for us. We look forward to our next adventure eagerly with him probably in mid 2024. Highly recommended. Dont miss.

Because of Bad weather the Table Mountain was closed. However, it was still a very interesting tour with beautiful sites. The coulored houses in Cape Town, Cape of the Good Hope, False Bay, the Pinguins all as described and a very optimistic and friendly guide explaining a lot have to be mentioned.

Reuben was our guide for the day and he made this the most unforgettable experience. He took his time to explain where we were going and when we got there he was full of knowledge and humour and so much enthusiasm. He looked after us with lots of cold bottled water on a warm day, and we felt very safe as we drove along the Cape. I would not hesitate to recommend him or this tour. You get to see loads and yet it never felt rushed. Thank you again Reuben - you are a credit to your city.

We are a married, retired couple from the middle United States. We spent a few days in Cape Town before a cruise up the east coast of South Africa. We chose this one day tour that promised visits to Table Mountain, Cape of Good Hope, a penguin colony, and other locations of interest.

We can truly say that our Cape Town tour with Marshall (aka Barnabas) was one of the very best tour experiences we have had in decades of travel. He was the perfect guide. He picked us up on time at our hotel, transported us safely in a comfortable car, and smoothly gained us entrance to each spot we visited. He also planned and executed the itinerary in the most efficient manner, so we were able to visit a dizzying number of significant locations (Table Mountain, Cape of Good Hope and Cape Point, Seal Island, Penguin colony) in one day without feeling rushed, and also avoiding or minimizing competing with crowds. He knew exactly how long one would want to spend at each location, but also allowed us the freedom to choose more or less time.

Perhaps most important, however, he has a charming personality, and we felt at ease with him instantly. He gave us great information, and answered all our questions in depth. We ended up having delightful and interesting discussions of everything from tribal customs to current urban issues to our respective tastes in music. We also enjoyed lots of laughs. Although we both are several years older than Marshall, we felt we had spent the day having a local friend show us around. You cannot go wrong having Marshall give you this tour.

Papi was a great guide. We did a lot in one day but it was super fun and this is an efficient tour if you are only in Cape Town for a short amount of time.
