We will be going to an historical restaurant in Naples where they make homemade pasta everyday.
The only way to eat an authentic Italian homemade pasta is with an experienced local chef. The recipe is old and antique but few people know it throughout the world.
It will be a fun and authentic experience, very rewarding for your palate!

Amos was AMAZING!! He was so entertaining, funny, and informative, he created a wonderful atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our time with him! Also love that we got to take a bunch of pictures 😄

We had the best time at this pasta making class. It was everything we were looking for. Amos (our chef) was interactive, insightful, encouraging and did an awesome job. So much fun and tasted delicious!!! Couldn’t recommend more

Had a heap of fun and ate some delicious pasta! Chef Amos was a legend and made the class insightful as well as fun. Would recommend for anyone travelling Naples and keen to learn a traditional way to make pasta from scratch.

Fab chef, great space, nice ppl. Very organized and professional. We made everything ourselves and then ate. Ton of food and ton of fun. About 3 hours.

My partner and I had a great time learning how to make fresh pasta with Amos. We thought he was very engaging. We learned a little about the history of pasta in Italy, while learning how to prepare it from scratch when we return home! Great experience!
