I was expecting something much better, after having enjoyed the Van Gogh Experience so much. This exhibition was I felt poorly curated with little thought given to continuity of f one artist with the next, apart from them belonging to the same movement. It was also spoilt by numerous children running around, making it impossible for other people to absorb the images in tranquility. There should be specific child free times to avoid this problem. I was also annoyed that we were expecting to be allowed a full 90 to 120 mind as suggested, but were told at 5.30- we went in at 4.30- that the exhibition closed at 5.50. We should have been made aware of this at the time of booking. As a result, we didn't have time to experience all of the displays. I was with three other people, and we all felt it had been a waste of valuable time and hugely overpriced. That we were underwhelmed says it all. I certainly would not recommend it to anyone.

The trip to Frameless was one of the highlights of our trip to London from Canada. The exhibit is breathtaking and rendered me highly emotional - it’s just that beautiful. You live and breathe the canvasses. It is truly an extraordinary experience.
Special mention should be made of their consideration of those with accessibility issues. We were able to borrow a wheelchair and all attendants were considerate of us moving through the exhibits. They have special times for those who might be on the spectrum, and given the frenetic beauty in exhibit, I suspect these time slots are exceptionally helpful.
It was a brilliant morning.

I have seen this advertised on social media for some time, so decided to book with a member of my family
if you are coming from Victoria , either train station and coach station and prefer to walk to the venue, just head down Elizabeth Street and walk to Knightsbridge, maybe stop off at Harrods or head into Hyde Park and Serpentine river area
Walk straight across Hyde Park towards Marble Arch, clearly signposted, the venue is adjacent to the Marble Arch Monument in Marble Arch Place , varies eating establishments available, find booking in advance preferable
The venue tends to get very busy at weekends I believe
escalators take you down to the galleries'
Overall the exhibition is certainly something very special, you in IMO would have never seen anything as superb and awe inspiring as these galleries, take your time to experience each gallery
i was there for about an hour and could have stayed longer
A small café is available, although I didn't eat there on this occasion
The staff are extremely helpful and considerate as well

This art experience is so well curated. Great choices for the pieces shown and with perfect sound to accompany them. I have to admit I was sceptical before visiting. I love galleries and I thought this may be gimmicky but not at all. It's another way of experiencing art and with the way it's put together you are being given insight into the paintings themselves with techniques and specific aspects of them drawn to your attention in a really interesting way. It's very much a celebration of these wonderful pieces and we all loved it. Thank you so much!

It was our first experience with this type of exhibition, so we can't compare it with something similar, but we enjoyed it very much. It was our favorite attraction from London. A great idea that is of interest even for children. I think this is the future. Totally recommend it.
