I had booked this tour package via Viator and it was a great way to explore Delhi, Agra and Jaipur on a first visit to India. The tour operator, Keeper Landwey, was very professional, were available via chat to answer questions prior to our arrival in India, and during the tour they checked in daily (by phone or Whatsapp), welcoming any feedback for each day.
Things of note were:
1. Our tour did not follow the published itinerary on Viator (or Tripadvisor) exactly so please have a copy to keep track of sites visited or skipped. For example, we did not go to/see Qutub Minar in Delhi and that was completely skipped/not mentioned by our guide. Our itinerary listed transport between the Taj Mahal and parking, instead we were initially dropped off within a five minutes walk to the entrance gate but was driven back to our waiting car that was not in a designated parking lot by golf cart/tuk tuk. If there was nothing really to see at a particular site, our guide would openly inform us as such and since it was hot during our visit so we generally opted out of the sites that weren't of particular value to see according to them.
2. Our driver Vikram was excellent, on time, and very attentive throughout our four day tour. He provided us with small bottles of water throughout the day/drives. The packet lists mineral water and soft drinks are included, though we were only ever offered water. I am unsure if soft drinks were available as published, I did not ask.
3. Our tour guides Krishna (Day 1 - Delhi), Kaif* (Day 2 - Agra), Sharma (Day 3 - Jaipur) were overall good but there were obvious differences in English language ability and the level of service provided. Kaif was by far my favorite, and my family was in agreement with this. He demonstrated his ability to understand and speak in English, providing the history and cultural information at the various sites, helping us purchase admission tickets in advanced and he was more than helpful offering to help take family photos throughout our time in Agra. The other two guides, though remaining friendly and overall professional, Krishna's English was harder to understand to a point it sounded as if some information was repeated multiple times, and Sharma, even after repeatedly mentioned his decades of experience as a travel guide, after meeting with him initially and pickup, told the group he did not know what was on the day's schedule and asked if we had a copy of the itinerary, he sped through many of the sites, but he did help us to buy tickets at some of the sites so that was helpful. Each guide also asked for us to review them after the tour had mostly concluded, and though I see value in providing this feedback, did think it was very tedious to do after a long day of sightseeing especially since 2/3 guides were more persistent in having the review completed so as they could take a photo of the "review submitted" webpage to report back to the company.
4. Hotels: We opted for the five star option and stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott (Agra) and Intercontinental Jaipur (Jaipur). The lodging and meals were very good and having meals part of the package was extremely convenient (I enjoyed the Agra hotel's dining offerings more, yet the Jaipur hotel offered a much nicer room).
Overall, the tour was good and having hotel accommodations, a private car and tour guides helped a great deal in setting up travel between and lodging in the different cities visited thus avoiding trouble we could've run into otherwise. Ways that these tour listings could be even more helpful is if they included the cost of admissions to the sites, for example, approximating the total value in USD is not the same as listing prices in INR. And of course, please do your research ahead of time, have a copy of the tour package with you to note discrepancies, and note the particular sites that are must sees or ones that can be skipped and carry cash for admission/tips (we were responsible for covering the admission to sites that charged admission and tips for tuk tuk drivers).

Our guide to Taj Mahal and all of Agra was Salim Khan. We were so happy to explore Taj and Agra Fort, this place is so beautiful than what you see online. Worth the visir and money. This tour agency Keeper Landwey is very efficient, and Salim is excellent on the historical background. I encourage all travelers to try the Golden Triangle tour and book with Keeper Landwey!

Overall this was a great trip. My first time to India and the tour provided me with easy access and made things super easy and comfortable. Ask for Raja as your driver. He’s the best. Made us comfortable for the entire trip. Did Jaipur with Kamran and was really impressed with him as a guide. Knew his stuff, offered us some options to make sure we were comfortable with the trip. He also took some great photos for us. Would definitely book again and would recommend to friends traveling to India

Great tour, enjoying our trip with our driver raja all the way from delhi to agra and jaipur, we were very pleased by our guide in jaipur with Kamran Khan, amazing knowledge about the places that we were taken to, def visit Jantar Mantar with him, great knowledge about whats going on around there.

Kamaran and Amaan and Brajesh our guides and driver Dushyant were all wonderful, very informative and pleasant. We learned so much about India. The sunrise visit to Taj Mahal was worth doing! The hotels were all very nice with good restaurants.

A great way to pack in several amazing sites into a short amount of time.
The guides, particularly Kaif and Kam, we’re great and they know all the tricks to take the best pics during the tour.
The tour really does cover all expenses except lunches.
We upgraded to the four star hotels and got great value there too.

Great trip with good guides, tickets where sorted before the trip, so the times spend in queues was Short. Good driver and communication doing the trip.

Kishore was a great guide and very knowledgeable in Jaipur’s history, excellent guide. Our driver, Dushyant was amazing, driving us safely everywhere

My review is solely based on my family’s trip through Agra and our time with our guide Kaif. Not only was he knowledgeable of Agra history and culture, he was efficient and incredibly professional. We were unable to pre purchase tickets to some attractions bc of issues using Indian websites and he helped purchase tickets for us. He also helped my family with taking some group photos and he had a great eye for angles of the sites. I would highly recommend him if anyone is ever passing through Agra to see the Taj Mahal, Red Fort or other sites in the area.

Harshit Patel was our guide and made our trip truly memorable. Although I was ill on the first day from my country of origin, his ability to continue with the tours, make my second day comfortable, and then remain so accommodating. His knowledge of the sights and history was remarkable and my wife/daughter were very happy with his professionalism. I will DEFINATELY recommend Keeper Landwey and Mr. Patel to all of my expatriate friends visiting India!
