After we paid a mandatory non refundable $30 valet parking at the hotel the boat that arrived unloaded passengers and told us the 2:00 tour had been canceled. We were at the correct location at the appointed time.

Toilet is out of order. Sounds like a easy way to save on drinks for the customers.

We left 26 minutes late waiting for 3 people who ended up being loud, drunk annoying people who basically gave me a headache and ruined the commentary for everyone else on the boat. One of them vaped the whole trip also annoying everyone around them. This could have been a very nice experience had the 2 staff members followed the rules and controlled the crowd.

Nice crew. They informed everyone that there was “free” drinks, but the onboard toilet doesn’t work. One and a half hour trip, free liquids but no working toilet for the guests. I would have thought it would be law to have working facilities.
