The Everglades Adventure trip is great, not only the Airboat, but also the alligator show, and my daughter loves to hold the alligator and touch a snake.

also I am very much disappointed with the way Expedia is handling this. Expedia does not do anything except taking share money and just blame everything on the vendor, if the vendor is not right
None of the things they said happened. They said they will pick me up from hotel, it did not happen. I have to drive to their pick up location. They put our family on bus and just roaming around
the city for 2.5 hrs where the destinataion is just 30 minutes. Apparantely driver / organizer forget the route. We have requested them to drop us back as we lost all the time in bus itself. We chose this during christmas weekend
After 2.5 hrs they took us to everglades tour which no one in the bus is interested. When we asked them to drop us back they did not do that. THey said you chose your own ride like Uber
We are forced to board the airboat tour. By the time we come back we are supposed to get in to Biscayne Bay cruise as they are late we missed that cruise as well and there are no more Cruise
Worst part is they are not ready to refund as well and Expedia also did not do anything
Expedia should not support these kind of activities. If I Dont get my monney this is the last time I am going to use Expedia. Also I will make sure none of my friends circle book in expedia.
Everyone should think twice before getting lured these vultures where they just take money and do not care about customer

The tour operator was terrible and the tour was poorly timed and no one informed us of what we were doing or where to be. Then we were yelled at and not allowed to finish our experience. Then we were misdirected and almost missed the 2nd experience

A great experience, a little chaotic when we got to the Everglades Park as our coach driver spoke very little English so we weren’t sure on what we had to do.
Boat tour was great and the guide was funny, enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
A must see your!!

Really good combination tour but would help to have a friendly face/POC to direct you from one activity to another.
The two activities are managed by different companies and we had a bit of investigating to find the cruise line. Older and less experienced travellers might get confused.

Had a wonderful trip to Everglades and cruise Biscayne Bay and Millionaire Row. Saw 3 different gators and numerous birds. Millionaire row was beautiful and tour was informative

Not very well organised, we were not given much information about the day. The bus driver could have been a little more informative on the way there about what to expect. We only saw one alligator and very little other wildlife. The after show was ok but found the request for gratuity rude as we had payed a lot for our tickets.
We were told to return to the same location we started at to collect out Biscayne Bay tickets after the swamp board tour. The boys at that stand had no idea, they sent us to another stand who also had no idea and sent us to a third stand. They were a bit unsure but eventually found us on the computer.
Overall it was a little over priced.

Long wait before bus pick up,long wait before ac tivities standing in sun,very dissapointed n could not do the second half of the activety I paid for due that it took so long and lots of time waisted,not really knowing where to go,not good,sorry.

The gator show was entertaining and the air boat tour was good. Could use a little better instruction as to what to expect when you get off of the bus. Once everyone figured out that we needed to wait a bit then it went well.
