The ride was so much fun, views were amazing, the information was educational. The cost was reasonable. The exhibit area needed a little updating, (but it looked like they were doing renovations... but overall it was worth the visit.

Staff was very welcoming, Captain Zack was energetic and knowledgeable of the area. It’s short and sweet, my 12 year old loved the experience of the animal exhibit where he was able to pet a baby alligator and a snake.

Mike, a self-proclaimed nerd, was very enthusiastic about the flora and fauna. He was as very informative! We were able to see one very still female gator and then watched a large gator slowly swimming away! Plenty of time for pics and videos.

Our family (parents, infant, & 7 year old) loved visiting Sawgrass Recreation Park! We were impressed by their extremely welcoming and knowledgeable staff, in addition to the clean grounds. The airboat tour was a success spotting several gators. After the 40 minute ride, our son loved petting a baby alligator and seeing the other reptiles. We didn’t try the food truck, but it had a great selection, including gator bites. The gift shop was stocked with quality souvenirs (finally) and other vacation essentials. I would definitely recommend a visit! This is one park that actually prioritizes the right things!! Well done!
Note: since covid they don’t provide full headphones, but they do offer ear plugs. We’d recommend bringing or purchasing your own noise canceling headphones. We DID NOT bring our infant on the boat and were happy with our choice, since the boat is really loud.

The boat ride was fun especially as it plowed through the grasses. Seeing the heron and the anhingas in their natural habitat was exciting. The alligator made a sleepy appearance. We were fortunate that the weather was agreeable, sunny but not at all hot. If I ever come to your part of the world, I would certainly come back and do the trip again.

This is a great experience for anybody who has never seen the Everglades beyond the view of gators sunning along the marsh banks in the cooler weather. The boat captain was knowledgeable about the habits of whatever wildlife presents themselves along the way. This includes alligators, water wading birds, iguana’s and fish.
The company is organized and very safely conscious. Our airboat sat more than 20 people, but that dud not take away from the experience. Disposable ear plugs were provided for free or you can bring ear protection because the ride can be noisy, which adds to the fun.

Something to do if your in the area, I’ve always wanted to take an airboat ride. Only seen two alligators but no one can control that. The gift shop has everything you’d need, my girls enjoyed the experience, friendly staff.

If you want to see alligators, go in the summer. Otherwise the tour is good. The everglades are really neat. We went in December and there weren't many animals but its also a cooler time and I believe the alligators are dormant in winter.

It was our first trip to the Everglades so it was very cool to be out on the boat. As our guide said its nature so you may or may not see any crocs or gators. We didn’t, but saw some lizards and birds. Plus just the ride was fun to experience. It was short though.
