Viktoria was great! Lots of info and history. It was quite the time saver to skip the line. We booked last minute after seeing the line of many hundreds of people.

Patricia was the best tour guide in all of Florence . We had such a special tour of the duomo. Our guide made the experience with her knowledge of the duomo and facts of Florence. It was so interesting to learn from someone who was so passionate and educated on what they were teaching. Any tour with Patricia you will have fun and get all the facts !

Poor organisation. Way too many people, the people present were not friendly and did not answer questions. Be careful, double the price compared to other sites.

Unorganized, tour guide was hard to understand. Felt I should’ve been informed there were no backpacks allowed, and I had to walk an extra two blocks to lock them away. This company could’ve done a better job.

No complaints about the guide, who spoke almost continuously about the history of the Duomo, but “ skip the line” ?? No way , we and the group were in a long queue that very very slowly moved towards the entrance, the guide said it would be 10-15 wait , but it was much a much longer wait on a hot day !!
So a disappointment !!!

We booked the 9:45 am tour and were the first to enter the cathedral. Beautiful inside & out! Our guide shared many interesting facts about the history and artists contributing to this beautiful cathedral.

This was not skip the line,because we were in the line for over 40 minutes on rain. This is the first skip the where we waited in line to get in, the guide tried to explaine that you have to wait like that in other places where you buy skip the line, but I didn't experience that anywhere else.
