Our Guide (Manuela) was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and funny. Shd showedall the primary sites, such as the Ponte Vecchio and the Medici's palaces and provided lots of unknown info on Firenza's history and development. Great tour and well worth it.

Excellent tour to get to know the city. Julia, our tour guide, explained very well and told us interesting stories. We are a family with two teens and both enjoyed learning from Julia.

Nice “quick” tour where Raquel shared a lot of great history about Duomo construction and minor architectural changes over 600 year period, and the significance of Florence during medieval transition to the renaissance. Just a snapshot really but very interesting.

Well, ultimately our guide did the tour in French, but simply, few details.
This allowed us to see the city of Florence and get our bearings.

Our tour started late and ended early. We were only able to understand about half of the guide’s English. We paid almost three times the advertised rate, which likely increased our expectations for the experience.

Our guide seemed knowledgeable but her accent was so strong that we did not understand more than 1/2 of what she said
