We were worried we wouldn’t find the person with our tickets, but we found them by asking around at the little courtyard location they gave us (it’s a small area). We got the tickets even though we didn’t arrive at the meeting place 15 minutes before our assigned ticket time, though they did have to give us a later ticket so that we could skip the line. We still had to wait, but not as long as others in the regular lines did.

Great experience. Very fast service. The skip the online was quick and we passed those waiting in a 2 hour line.

If you are looking for someone to hand you a ticket and to get in a line this is the option for you. For our first time, this was the easy no-think option.

This tour was very nice. Easy to get in and enjoy at your leisure. Did not have to wait long and once inside we just walked around enjoying the art.

Whilst the museum was good, this was no skip the queue ticket, and involved us waiting outside for 40 mins to get into the museum, and was a large mark up on the cost on the ticket. Would not recommend this tour company to book tickets, just buy them online directly

So much for “skip the line”. Shoddy presence, indifferent reps who had no idea how reality clashed with mantra: line was loooong under an unforgiving sun and sardine-like experience. How can a tour company make you wish you missed a masterpiece?

Not really skip the queue but reduce the queue. The museum was running 30-45mins late on booked time slots which obviously is not the fault of the booking company but worth being aware of

The entire museum tour was excellent, highlited by the viewing of the David sculpture. Tour guide was particularly helpful in sharing historical stories

Manuela was wonderful. Incredibly knowledge!! Took touf in english/anglais. Easy to understand. Answered questions and gave us "pop" quizzes!! Wonderful!!
