Our guide Eli was amazing! Despite it starting during a downpour of rain (which luckily stopped after 2 stops), she made it a great time! Very lively and kind, it was a great experience overall. Definitely would do it again, even in Florence twice, the food and wine was delicious!

Most of the stops on this trip were very interesting and the taster portions were pretty generous. Alice was a great guide with interesting stories and a fun demeanor. The company that runs this tour (and many others) is Eating Europe and I'm not sure what their rates are but booked through Viator, I felt that the rate was a little expensive compared to other similar experiences.
DiVin Boccone was the first stop and the hidden wine cellar is great - my friend and I went back for a wine tasting at a later date.

Wonderful time! Our tour guide was humorous, kind and knowledgeable. Each stop had an interesting history and great food, and the wine was different at each stop, allowing you to decide what your palette enjoyed. I also appreciated that there was no "judgment " about your tastes like I've seen with other wine tasting experiences. Rather, they just give you the wine, tell you about it, and let you decide for yourself. Very laid back!

Tables of antiques and vintage items lined the walkways of Piazza Santo Spirito at the Sunday flea market when we arrived for our tour. We enjoyed browsing while waiting for our tour to begin. Our delightful guide, Eva (Evgeniya), welcomed our little group with Prosecco and spoke very clearly and knowledgeably throughout the tour. Living in the neighborhood, she knew area shop owners and greeted neighbors. Talking with group members as we drank and ate was almost as much fun as the tour itself! We visited a cheese shop and sampled Chianti, meats, and cheese its wine cellar, which was probably once the lower level of a monastery. At a bar, we learned how to make a good Negroni and later sampled a Super Tuscan wine, learning how to identify quality Chianti and Tuscan wine by labels We ate traditional Florentine foods, such as tomato-bread soup, wild boar stew, and spinach-ricotta gnudi at various stops. (I'm sure I'm forgetting foods and drinks because we tasted so many.) By the time we polished off our tour with authentic gelato, there was certainly no room for dinner. The evening was beautiful, with perfect, cool weather and a wonderful guide, Eva. Well worth the cost!

Would definitely recommend. Our guide Nadia was friendly and knowledgeable with a very relaxed manner, though by no means was her tour poor. It was an excellent evening with some delicious food and fabulous drinks and a lot of information about both Florence and food. Add it to the must do list.

Martina was an excellent knowlable guide. Not only did she know her wines and foods but she knew the owners/staff who worked there. This made me feel more welcomed into the different tasting spots.

Although we loved the tour, it wasn’t entirely as advertised. The itinerary mentioned several wine windows. We only stopped at one, and it was to get our Negroni cocktail. I had hoped we would’ve been to more, like it says. Also, never did the last stop they mention with biscotti? Our last place was the gelato. Our guide, Ava, was wonderful. Just wish we had experienced more of what we thought we would. I do recommended the tour though.
