Views were lovely, but the experience wasn’t what we thought it would be. Disorganised and confusing for the meeting place. Tour guide was late and address to meet led us to a place where no one answered the door. Went down to the boats and no one had record of our booking. When the tour guide finally showed much later she argued that we went to the wrong area—-we clearly did not.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the views from the Arno were spectacular. I must mention a couple of things tho. Please implement a late policy. We waited 20 minutes for late comers. I asked if the tour would be cut short and told no. However when we got to Ponte Carraia the guide said it was Ponte Amerigo Vespucci and continued with a story referencing Vespucci. So either she doesn’t know the bridges or the tour was cut short.

Same day cancellation by the operator. Refund experience was not automatic; it requires a ticket with customer service.

Do not book with this company. Booking was made 3 weeks in advance. They cancelled the day before the trip and were unable to offer an alternative. Booking in advance is meant to avoid such disappointments. Also, no clear option to get a refund for the trip via TripAdvisor or Viator. Very poor experience.

This was a lovely activity to do in Florence! Anytime I can get on the water, I am happy...but it was so relaxing at night. I much prefer this environment over the party boat experience. We did this the evening that we arrived in Florence. the guide was informative with all of the history along the Arno. I would do this again and highly recommend!

Leaving 1 start because this is not a tour. It was a ride and totally not worth it a penny. Guide was not professional. Tour company was very professional but tour itself is a joke in this lovey city. You rather hangout on street than dirty river with no history aroung both sode of river.

This was a perfect way to end a day in Florence. Calm peaceful , away from the crowds - float down the Arno river. The guide was knowledge and friendly and made sure everyone was enjoying them self. Definitely recommend this for anyone coming to Florence and looking for an experience beyond touring.

Sara was a very knowledgeable guide. Everything was pretty efficient apart from the guy who wouldn’t open the gate to let us out as access to the Arno is restricted
