Paolo was an excellent guide and his extensive knowledge made for a unique experience that we wouldn’t have gotten on our own. Meeting spot was easy to find and entering the museums was efficient. Highly recommend!

A wonderful half day tour of the heart of the city, with two guided museum tours included,
I can’t remember our guides name, but he was a fantastic guide. He knew a lot of interesting details about the architecture, the art, and the history of Florence. He did a great job of getting us close to the big ticket items like the David, and works of Da Vinci and Raphael. There was also an hour in the square in front of the Palazzo Vecchio to eat and rest our legs before entering the Uffizi Gallery.
Great tour for the price, would highly recommend.

This was the most disorganized and incomprehensible tour I have ever taken with Viator and all other tours. The company moved the meeting place with poor instructions. There was no identifying markers to distinguish them from all the other groups. The notice of the change in location did not provide a map and they would not confirm the change. The website still listed the original site throughout the morning. Two of the 4 parties had to call Viator for guidance to thr new location. Of the 14 registrants, only 6 made it to the tour.
Our guide then proceeded to the Academia but without tickets. The company chased her down. Upon arrival at the museum, we were turned away from the guided tour line twice.. we spent just under an hour waiting while she argued with the personnel to let us in. We entered the museum a 1.5 hours after the start of the tour. We continually had to ask her to speak into her microphone. We could not hear/understand her. We moved to the Uffizi where she continually told us we did not have time to view the predominant artwork. She skipped these pieces yet spent over 20 minutes in each painting in next room explaining painting techniques.. In 4 of the 6 rooms owe visited, 4 of the 6 participants were standing at the wall waiting to proceed to the next event. The guide never looked up to see she had lost the audience. She never adjusted. Lastly, she was unfamiliar with any restroom locations sending people to far away destinations while the remaining group waited. At one point she sent my sister and I to a restroom telling us to meet her back in the museum . Unfortunately, she sent us an an area where we were unable to re-enter. Again separating the group and wasting valuable time. This was the most disappointing tour and guide I have personally encountered. Would NOT recommend this tour group and especially this guide.

I was a little late (missed earlier train and got lost on my way to dropping off the luggage), so I missed the initial meeting point. Tried to locate the group at the first stop, but it raining so heavily that if the guide had a flag it was not visible through all of the umbrellas. Customer service was nice when I finally got a live person, but ultimately unsuccessful in helping me meet up with my group. Missed DAVID and all of the sites, so I was bummed.

Excellent explanation of Florence. This was our 3rd time in Florence a without an excursion you will expend a lot of time just in line to see the David and the museum.
