We had an incredible tour with our amazing guide, Aldo! He made it such a unique and entertaining experience. He was extremely knowledgeable about historical facts and various monuments throughout Florence and did it all with a hilarious sense of humor, personality, and storytelling. We were laughing the whole time! He also took us to some off the beaten path locations that we LOVED - he adapted the tour to things that people shared they were interested in and questions we had. Could not recommend him more! We wish we could do it again tomorrow!

Punctuality. Very friendly and accommodating driver. He let us stop wherever we wanted and take pictures. All in all very good tour.

Rodriguez was such a nice, friendly driver and and guide. He was prompt and accommodating and did a great job of driving us to places of interest and then explaining their significance. He stopped numerous times to allow for photographs. Our favourite stop was at Piazza Michaelangelo where the view across Florence was stunning. We had at least 30 mins there to enjoy it. A great activity.

After arriving late on pickup, we encountered a poor tour. Our guide was too busy either taking other phone calls, talking to other people on the way past on the street and then viewing a football game on his phone.. it was very disappointing..

This is wonderful way to see the main historical sights especially if you have mobility problems. Approx 2hrs and the commentary is in most languages. Our guide stopped off for photographs of most places. A very memorable day
