Brief but interesting guided tour and the best part was no queuing at all. Also gives free entrance into an adjacent museum.

Couldn’t find our guide. Arrived 25 minutes prior. They said the guide would be in a blue top and blue flag. Never found them. Called and they said she had a white flag. Awesome. Missed out on this. No refund. They don’t care.

Tour guide was kind and informative. We appreciated the opportunity to skip the line (it was LONG) and learn about the Duomo without giving up several hours of our day.

This was kind of a get-what-you-pay-for experience. The price was only $28 per person, so you only got about 30 minutes of guide. The guide was nice, but you got the feeling she just wanted you to get it over with. Part of the problem is that our group was made up of people who’d missed earlier tours they’d scheduled. On that, my wife and I got there an hour before the tour. We were n Piazza Del Duomo, but didn’t realize we needed to find #19. The numbering is all screwy there, which didn’t help (#19 was next door to #63). It was very disappointing that nobody was there holding up a ‘City Wonders’ flag, which is what we (and others) were looking for. How hard would that be?! When we did Vatican and Colosseum tours in Rome, we counted on being able to find the City Wonders flags. It would have been real nice if those had been deployed in Florence.

Perfect tour. Provided good details prior to our duomo climb. Guide seemed very educated in subjects within the church/duomo/art.

Please do not book this tour and make the same mistake I did. We arrived to the exact maps location provided by the company 15 minutes early. There was no one there with the company apparel on or a blue flag. We stayed all the way through our tour time hoping someone would show up, but no one did. Because of this, and the long lines at the duomo, we were not able to enter. We are incredibly disappointed, and the company refuses to refund us. Please listen to the reviews and DO NOT book this tour. If you do, please make sure to take photos with time stamps and location services so you can actually contest their denial of a refund.

I was given an address and instructed to look for person in blue vest or waving blue flag I was 15 minutes early for tour but there was noone in blue or waving a flag. Had to call viator and was told it had been contracted out, etc. Just to look for a sign with agencies name. There wasn't one. Walked up to several (there were probably 30 plus there) and found it.The guy was in the back of the crowd not holding his flag and leaning against a wall. I had asked to upgrade to the tower or dome climbed and it was not honored. Didn't find out until the tour was over for the dumo and asked about the climb. Disappointed.

The express tour was the perfect length. I would definitely recommend it just to skip the line, with the bonus that you get a knowledgable guide! We got access to a museum across the street with our ticket, which was perfect because it started to rain a bit.

Our tour guide NEVER showed up and did not ever respond to us when we messaged them. 0/5 DO NOT RECOMMEND! THIS IS A SCAM!!! There goes $100 down the drain.
