First off - let me say this tour gave us a solid 8 hours at the park..... lines were 5 minutes or less, so this was great- it was almost too much time!
The reason for 3 stars is their shuttling logistics. I received email that I’d be picked up at 1015; another email updated that to 0945. I got a phone call at 0915 asking my to be in the lobby at 0920. Left at 0930, and sat in a van for >1.5 hours painfully going hotel to hotel (5) to pick people up. Eventually rendezvoused with a bus about 45 minutes out of town bd transferred on. The guide spoke for up to 10 minutes in Russian, then switched to English but somehow fit the same discussion into a minute or two. Not sure how that worked.....
We were asked to be at the pickup/drop off area at 1930 - we were there early but the bus didn’t show up until about 1940 - just mare late enough to get me pretty nervous.
Again switched into a small van outside of town. Driver drove very fast, and texted while driving.
I’d probably choose another company if I had it to do again - would prefer one direct ride and a smaller group.

I think Ferrari World is kind of over-rated. Its mainly an indoor park with 3 outdoor roller coasters. Service was so so. Our first stop was the go karting academy where we wanted to do as a family with my 2 teens aged 11 & 14. However we were stopped by the staff as my son apparently didnt meet the min age of 13 though he met the min height requirement of 150cm. And the min age requirement wasnt even stated on the park guide! What an unpleasant start to our trip. I wouldnt recommend this park to those with teens or adults. Kind of boring.

The bus needs a total rework. The seats n cushion are in dire straits n it kills your back over humps n the road. It doesnt help when you have unfriendly driver.

Ferrari World is an indoor theme park located within a doom about the size of a baseball stadium. During my visit the main attraction “Formula Rosa” the worlds fastest rollercoaster was closed for maintenance (what a disappointment) because without that ride there really isn’t much to do within the park. Turbo Track is fun, and Flying Aces is excellent. However in my opinion the park needs more rides.

When you book there is a clause saying to re confirm the booking by phone. This is awkward in Dubai. A call costs money. It would be so easy for the company to keep in touch. I emailed them, no reply but to be fair when I did phone they had the details at hand.
It's just a coach journey. Nothing more. As for Ferrari World.....
It's attached to a shopping centre and not that big. One of the attractions was a replica pit stop. A portly fellow watched as 3 other portly fellows tried to put a tyre on a replica F1 car. It was a roped off area. More like a lunch break, oh jeez.....
You can walk round the place in less then 10 minutes. Honestly, it was a Saturday and it was quiet. For the price of entry you expect a brass band to play you in. Google it. Nowt much going on. The bus that come to pick us up looked like it had made it out of the last Gulf war.
My son and I left and never mentioned the place again. Petrol heads can see better cars driving round in Dubai.

After reading reviews for other providers We were really uneasy about booking transfers and tickets online, but we were pleasantly surprised with this one, they were right on time for pick up and collection and our driver walked us right in. we had plenty of time at Ferrari world (it helped that there wasn’t big lines) and park itself was clean and well run. The staff were really friendly and loved taking photos, nothing seamed to be too much trouble.
The only recommendation I have would be to put an approximate departure time on the listing in trip advisor so that people have an idea on how much time we have there.

Everything was perfect! The pick up took a bit of time, approx. 1,5 hour before we actually set off to Abu Dhabi.

The trip started with pick up from hotel and then picking up the rest of tourists from around the city. The moment we crossed dubai Bollywood parks, the mini bus broke down which took 2 hrs to be fixed. Now this took away a great deal of fun time. Although the guide did the Ferrari world, the mosque and the city tour but all were a little rushed. Just bad luck!

A great trip to Yas Island on the seaplane seeing most of Dubai from the air was fantastic. Detours over certain landmarks made this more enjoyable, Bryan was a friendly and informative pilot. Then onto Ferrari World was the icing on the cake for this trip.

Worth a trip when in Dubai though we didnt do the rides etc. Even got a photo of me in a Ferrari with the winners cup!
