Gionnie was wonderful! He sent an email the night before reconfirming our appointment and was there just was we were getting off our ship. He was excellent to point out things of interest along the way to Florence, and had suggestions for things we could do along the way there and back. Once in Florence he took us to the best vista point and then dropped us off and the Boboli garden (which we wouldn't have visited if he didn't) We loved the gardens and the views there were incredible. From there he took us into the heart of Florence and gave us a wonderful windshield tour. He dropped us off at a point of departure that was centrally located and easy to find for the return trip. He also gave us a map and had highlighted areas of interest. Overall this was one of the best day's of our cruise all thanks to Gionnie! I would highly recommend him!!

Gian was very helpful and flexible, allowing us to modify our tour on the fly, including adding a very good winery tour and tasting at the last moment. We had a thoroughly enjoyable day.

Our driver picked us up at the exact time we had arranged. He drove us to Florence and took us to Piazzale Michelangiolo that overlooks Florence for us to take pictures of Florence. He then took us to the city center and arranged a pick up point. We had a great day exploring the Uffizi museum and the beautiful sights of Florence. We spent time at the leather market which was amazing. He was at the pre-arranged pick up point and safely returned is to the cruise ship. It was a wonderful day!
