The tour guide by coach to the Allianz arena was informative - the guide once at the arena was brilliant in English. The dressing room was I guess the best part of the tour not that you could fault any of it.

The lack of communication was absolutely horrendous. They never replied to my text messages and I would call multiple times only to be sent to voicemail.

We weren’t able to make the tour since the meeting place given was vague to an entire square and not an actual location. We missed the bus with other customers since we were all lost and couldn’t find the meeting place. I tried multiple time to contact the tour guide and the company and wasn’t able to get through. When they finally answered it was 4 hours later when the tour was over with no help. I was only given a partial refund.
Not worth the money and not good customer service . Would not recommend.

What a great tour! Our kids loved it! We were sad to not overlap with a match but learned about the tour. The stadium is fantastic. Guide was engaging and fun with lots of knowledge. We enjoyed wandering through the museum prior to our tour and then grabbed a drink/soda - we were then ready for the tour. The museum is outstanding and really well done. Area for small kids. Also area does small 3x3 games. :) Great fun while in Munich. Highly recommend.

I think the explanation of the tour was very vague. Everyone we talked to had no idea we would be going on a long winded city tour (many had already done another city tour the day before.) The narrator was very knowledgeable in both English and German. What we were all expecting was a stadium tour. What we got was quite different. When we finally got to the stadium there was very much confusion between where the English speakers and the German speakers were to go. Our “host” told about 30 of us (English) to wait and she went on with the German group. No one ever came back for us. After 45 minute someone contacted a manager who found our tour host. She proceeded to blame all of the English speakers (30 of us) for not listening to her. We eventually got an English speaking guide and our tour was cut in half. We had no time to eat and made a quick stop at the Bayern store before catching our bus. About 12 of our group decided to get a taxi back. Was not at all what we paid for and expected

I would give -5 if possible. Do not do this your. Nobody showed up at meeting point. I called to advise I arrived 10minutes and was told to go to a specific area. I do not recommend this. I ended up going to arena on my own! Family ticket was 47 euro for both arena & museum. I took pics of where they told me to meet them. Nobody was there nobody tried calling me.

Without a doubt the best stadium tour I've been to. The tour group wasn't too big and our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. The tour was very extensive and in the end you are able to sit in the stadium for as long as you wish. The museum had a great layout and it was very informative.

Erika, our tour guide, was horrible!!! Both her English and German were very poor and hard to understand. The things that were pointed out (reasons for traffic, & pointing out financial buildings) were unnecessary. Most of the people that were on the bus fell asleep both on the way there and back. When we got to the stadium, she was unprepared because an English speaking tour guide was not prearranged. Therefore, the German guide was put on the spot to do the tour for our group. At this point, Erica commented that she didn’t realize that there were so many English speaking people on the tour, which we had preordered, so this should not have been a surprise?? On the other hand, the tour provided through the arena, was amazing. The guide was very informative and made the experience fun. Unfortunately, we had to get back on the bus to listen to Erika again. I highly recommend going out to the stadium on your own, and booking the tour through Allianz Arena.
