We booked and paid for this guided tour at a premium price. The tour started late and after waiting in the heavy rain outside for a good while, we finally entered the Basilica. Inside, just after probably 35 minutes, when we reached the museum, the guide told us the guided tour has ended and collected back all our radios. She even told us that radios are not allowed inside even though we saw quite a good number of other tour guides and participants using the radios freely. We didn’t even go to the crypt. Total waste of money

Since no one told me how to get my tickets, I assumed I’d find a prominent presence at the site. Not so! No indication of where my ticket was, no one had a clue of where I should go…. Half an hour later, I had missed my tour and discovered my tickets were just a couple of blocks away. Walked over there. Sorry, no refunds! No refunds, no tour and my last afternoon in Barcelona ruined!

Our good tour was a lot of fun. Petra was really good guiding us through the 4 places we stopped and introducing us to new food and drinks. Totally worth the price.

Very well run tour. Starting point is across the street from Sagrada Familia so our guide began with a thorough explanation of the exterior and history of design. Then she took us through the group tour line which saves a lot of time. We had headsets and she proceeded to make the interior full of meaning. About an hour total with our guide and then we could stay as long on our own. A perfect balance.

Great experience with this tour. Booking the tickets online and finding the agency in Barcelona was very straightforward. Our guide, Martin, was very knowledgeable about Sagrada Familia and seemed very passionate about his job. During the tour, he transported us in history with vivid details about the beginnings of the basilica, all the details about the construction and the architects that took part in the project. Martin really seemed to care about helping us make the most our visit, replying to all our questions and encouraging us to continue visiting the church on our own after the tour. Even if the Sagrada Familia was packed with tourists, he managed to make the visit enjoyable and special. Thank you, Martin!

We had been to Barcelona several times and never managed to get insde the Sagrada Familia. The queues to get in are horrendous so we booked this tour to get inside as we had limited time. The fast Track to get in worked, you still have to go through air port style security which takes some time but not too bad. The inside is worth the hassle. Its a lovely experience not to missed. It is not a quiet secluded type of trip as the venue gets 15000 visitors a day. It is worth the time and the money. Not for anyone who does not like crowds. The guide was very good and knowledgeable and helps to make a great experience.
