Good tour - was short and gave the basic details with time to ask questions. Got in quickly and then had time to explore ourselves after. My children also enjoyed it. Meeting place is right next to the Sagrada Familia.

Fantastic guide…. Great value for money! Booked only a week before, as we could not get direct tickets and I am so pleased we didn’t as we would not have had the experience we did. The tour guide was full of information and very engaging, even my 9 year old daughter did not want to miss a thing he was saying!

Sagrada Familia is one of the main attractions at Barcelona. Must Vist. The guide was good. Very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. You can spend half a day over there taking pictures and enjoying the amazing architecture of the building.

I was able to purchase three tickets easily and quickly on Viator and received the tickets promptly. However, when I went to the tour operator, they said that they will not be able to accommodate us in tbe tour because they were oversold. It appears that Viator was not able to check the current availability accurately while selling us the tickets. To be fair, this was a last minute purchase on a day that was sold out everywhere else. In the end the tour operator was able to accommodate us due to other cancellations and we were able to visit. YMMV.

The tour guide was like a robot. Said a sentence in English, then repeated it in Spanish. He spoke so fast and with no feeling for what he was teaching. Obviously he does too many of these tours each day and is just going through the motions. Plus it was hard to understand him and hard to hear at times. I would have prefer if they had broken us in to English speakers and Spanish speakers.
