Bought a guided tour and turned up to find that they’d made a mistake and there was no guide available for us. Ended up with just an entry ticket, and a minimal refund that still meant we paid 3 times the normal entry fee.

The most memorable was St Peters Basilica. The statues were remarkable and overwhelming. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and organized.

We picked the Fast track tour Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel. Our guide Alex was very knowledgeable, pointed out all the important pieces to be seen in a short time. At the end of the tour we were able to visit St Peter’s Basilica too without queuing. Well worth it.

Our tour guide was very informative and pretty detailed about everything we saw in the Vatican. Didn’t have any issues and couldn’t have asked for more. Nice tour and would highly recommend!

Our tour guide, Narah was absolutely excellent. She was so attentive to our 5 teens and sought to know their names & engage with them. She even had to endure multiple families with strollers & people wandering off. Well done, well worth the $.
