- Visit to the farm animals

- Explanation and demonstration of Mozzarella & Caciotta spinning with tasting
- Pizza Making Classes with relative tasting
- Lunch in a farmhouse consisting of made and baked with your hands, an appetizer of cold cuts and fresh mozzarella, field vegetables, first course based on the seasonality of the period and traditional dessert. Water, wine, limoncello and homemade dessert included.
IF BAD WEATHER DOES NOT ALLOW A SAFE EXECUTION OF THE EXPERIENCE, THE PATH IN THE FARM COULD BE CANCELED, WHILE THE REST OF THE EXPERIENCE WILL BE DONE WITHOUT PROBLEMS.
IN SOME WORST CASES THE EXPERIENCE COULD BE COMPLETELY CANCELED. IN THIS CASE YOU WILL BE REFUNDED 100%.

Francisco and his family were a joy to spend the afternoon with! They are very endearing and make sure that everyone feels included and has a good time. We went as a couple and most of the participants were also couples. It was a really great experience overall and we had tons of fun! We highly recommend this tour!

Time at the farm with Francesco and his family were the most fun we had in Italy. The family makes the whole day so much more enjoyable. We learned about the cheese making process and made our own pizzas. Can’t wait to come back and do it again!

This was an incredible tour of the farm and Francesco and his family were incredible hosts. They opened their farm and ensured we got a great understanding of how the farm operated and provided us with great experiences. The wine made on the farm is very good and we had a blast making our pizzas. You can’t go wrong booking this tour!

My wife and I did this tour in late April, 2024 while in Sorrento for our honeymoon and it was far and away one of the top highlights of our trip! Francesco, his family, and his farm were so charming and welcoming. We enjoyed learning about the process of making wine and olive oil, growing lemons, and (perhaps most importantly) making cheese and pizza!! This experience is not one we will soon forget and would highly recommend not missing this opportunity if you are in Sorrento

The tour of the farm was very informative and interactive. The family made making pizza fun.
If you want to do something a little different, this is it. One of the best tours that we had.

Francesco and his family were wonderful hosts for the farm tour with lunch. This far exceeded our expectations. After providing transport to the farm, we toured the lemon and olive trees with a thorough explanation of how the farm works. You can tell the family really loves to share their work. We watched Francesco’s wife make two different kinds of cheese with a tasting before his daughter lead us in how to make the pizza dough. After a brief break to explore the surrounding views, we go to work on making our pizzas. This was our favorite part. We used their dough, got to toss it in the air while we stretched it, added our sauce and cheese (all local to the farm), and then watched our pizzas get launched. 90 seconds later, the pizzas were ready to eat! Lunch consisted of the pizza, some cheeses, salami, ham, pancetta (dessert), and wine. This was our favorite part of our trip to Italy.

Francesco and his family made this tour amazing. They were both informative and fun! We toured the farm and then they showed us how to make a few different cheeses and pizza dough. We then made our own pizzas and dined with some very good wine. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend!
