We couldn’t make the time,we were on a cruise and Rome was 1 hour away. The first bus out left at 8 am. I’d very much like a refund if you ever want us to use you again.

We really enjoyed the tour with Maite to the Vatican and Sistine Chapel. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to navigate the crowds so well.

Our guide Eugenio was really great, we managed to enter the Sistine Chapel only thanks to him.
He is super professional, friendly, empathetic and smart.
We have never had such a rich Tour and such a passionate Tour Guide in 20 years traveling.
The most beautiful guided tour we have ever had.
Generally speaking I don't write reviews but this time I really wanna do It.
Early january we booked this Tour but before the tour
we were informed that we could not enter the Sistine Chapel because, suddenly, that day The Pope decided to close the Chapel.
There was nothing we could do, we could have just Vatican Museums Tour but without the Sistine Chapel.
The whole group were really disappointed.
Missing Sistine Chapel would have been a real shame.
The Tour began and Eugene remarked that the Sistine Chapel was closing in just 20 minute. The Chapel is at the end of the Tour, no way to arrive in time.
He could have simply skipped the bridge by doing the tour without the Sistine Chapel but he did his best to provide the Sistine Chapel too.
He said, smiling, he could do a reverse tour for us.
We could quickly get to Sistine Chapel (before they started closing) and then we could do the rest of the Tour.
Exactly what we did.
We had a good time in the Sistine Chapel before it was closed,
Then we did a wonderful tour.
Eugene was really passionate, generous and very knowlegeable, he answered all questions regarding Renaissance and even about the end of the Roman empire.
About the unmissable Mickelangelo's Last Judgment in Sistine Chapel, he did a real Master Class.
An Amazing Tour with a Super Guide.
I definitely raccomend 100% Crown Tours in Rome.

Firstly was an absolute rip off. We overpaid to use this company. Upon following instructions it is not made easy for the tourist. They did not accept our tickets nor confirmation and extremely unhelpful. Staff are extremely rude and refused to help or issue a refund so now we are left having not seen the vatican and £52 out of pocket! Shocking service We have received from start to end.

We did the express Vatican tour and found it to be a great length (~2 hours) where we got to touch on the highlights and avoid the long lines. This allowed us to plan other tours the same day. Tons of really interesting information that made seeing everything, particularly the Sistine chapel, more meaningful.

In retrospect, I would skip this tour and just go to St. Peter’s square and basilica. Too crowded in museum and we did the tour of the architectural side - would have preferred the paintings . The tour guide was great but too many people in museum and not worth it. Skip this

We had the best tour guide. We didn’t even pay for parts of the tour and Marco (I think this was his name - so sorry) went above and beyond and took us to these places in his own time. He was passionate, entertaining and a fabulous story teller. Marco was funny throughout and took photos for everyone, would recommend !

We had a great experience with this tour. We went on a Wednesday morning at 8:30. It was much less crowded and our tour guide Marta was great. Because it was express she hit up the main/favorite spots/art etc. jt was just the right amount of time. She answered any questions we had and you could tell she was passionate about it. After the tour we were able to continue looking around as much as we wanted. I feel like I saw plenty and honestly a longer tour would have been too long for me personally.

We had an unbelievable tour of the Vatican with Diana! She was so knowledgeable and personable. She truly made the experience memorable. I highly recommend!
