We have set up the itinerary in a way that you can:
avoiding crowds (this places is trendy now a days that's way arriving earlier than all the other tours will make a big difference on your experience)
take advantage of every minute ( you will be probably sleeping during most of the driving so you won't realize the drive is 3.5 hours)
coming back to the city around 5 (you will have time to still do some other activities at the city when we come back, all the other tours will take you back around 10 pm will)
don't waste time on traffic)our logistics will avoid also traffic.
Small groups (we don't see you as a customer we will treat you as a family member the attention you will receive will be personalized and there will be all the time someone next to you during the tour)

Long ride but you are picked up early at your hotel so you can easily sleep. Edouardo was excellent, communicated the directives very well. Now about the site; it is amazingly beautiful, such an amazing naturel Canyon. The water is warm, not too warm. Just enough to enjoy even in cloudy days.

We had an amazing time, the day was amazing and definetly the highlight of our trip to Mexico. Raul was very helpful and an excellent guide!
The only suggestion I make is to have the water shoes and towels available to borrow.

Although I was a little overwhelmed by the variety of trips, the cost of a day trip and the looong driving distances, I highly recommend this trip. I’m an avid hot spring visitor and Tolantongo exceeded my expectations. We arrived early (8:15) and there were only a handful of guests there. After the pools we went to the cave which was stupendous. Deluge of hot water inside the cave, and a steamy tunnel you can explore above. The river was our final stop for relaxing. Limited time at each location - but was nice to (kinda avoid traffic) and arrive early and be back in Mexico City by 5-6 PM. Neither breakfast nor lunch are included - but that allows you to buy what you want. Good communication on pick up time (5 min window). Friendly guide, plus a good driver. Comfortable van for the five guests.

Great tour ! The two guides were very helpful and insightful of the attractions . This is definitely more of an express version of a tour, which we booked. So if you’re into that and seeing the site rather quickly . Than this is the tour for you
A few passengers got motion sickness, so I recommend Dramamine before the tour . But I personally didn’t have an issue

Absolutely recommend! One of the most beautiful and amazing places I’ve been to in Mexico! Definitely worth your time and money. You get to visit the hot springs, go to the wsterfall, inside the caves and tunnel and finish your trip with relaxing down in the river.

The caves are absolutely amazing. Very cool to see dozens of bats in a large cave filled with hot natural spring water. Bring waterproof head lights which can be purchased on Amazon. The hanging pools on the edge of a cliff and the warm water river were very relaxing. Definitely worth a day trip and yes, getting up to depart at 4:30AM is tough but well worth it. You can avoid all the crowds.....and be back early enough to hit a nice restaurant for dinner.
Emiliano is a really nice host and Ricardo should have become an F1 driver. Ask to stop while you are still in the state of Hidalgo for pastes. I think those are way better than empanadas.

This experience was so cool and I'm so glad I did it. Jorge was the best guide you could ask for for this type of thing. He picked me up, drove safely, was super informative and thorough, and dropped me off.
I will definitely be booking more trips with him in the future and highly recommend this one.
