The tour had some fantastic sites and experiences. The schedule is pretty packed, but you get to see a lot. There is a lot to see and do in Bali, and this tour selected a lot of some of the best spots I was looking forward to seeing. Surya was friendly and helpful. He was my photographer and never complained, and when it came to the Uluwatu Temple, he was very prepared for the mischievous monkeys. I just wished I was prepared a little better on what to wear/bring each day and what order the sites were of the schedule was each day. The biggest problem I had (not Srurya's fault) is that on the last night, I was taken to a restaurant to have the scheduled dinner on Jimbaran Beach, and I got a very bad case of food poisoning. It made my 20+ hour flight the next day absolutely miserable and caused me to even miss multiple days of work. I would still recommend the tour and Surya, but be careful what you eat.

We’ve had such an amazing time during the trip, mind you we had a 10, 9, 3 and a 18 month baby with us.

The itinerary was well thought and spread out as we didn’t want to rush through the trip. We did skipped a couple of spots as our driver cum guide; Pak Irwan, felt it would too tiring for the kids and wife who’s pregnant. Pak Irwan ended up bringing us to JungleGold Chocolate Factory (instead of the waterfall) and we had a great time learning how chocolate was made plus we get to try all the different flavours they had to offer for free! We did end up buying quite a lot of the chocolate back home for friends!

When we arrived at the Heaven’s Gate, the weather looks gloomy and Pak Irwan suggests we go to a restaurant which offers stunning view with of Mt Agong just below it as he felt queuing for 3 hrs for a photoshoot with an unpredictable weather might not make sense. In the end, the lunch turn out to be superb and we were able to take many pictures by the restaurant’s photographer - they look simply amazing!

My suggestion, be honest with Eco Bali Tour, let them know your expectations, budget and time available, they will make sure you get everything right for you. Ask for Pak Irwan if you want someone who’s patience, soft spoken and a great navigator, he will give you the best advise based on the group’s preferences and mood for the day!!

Our driver cum guide was Irwan and he’s been very accommodating with us since we had 4 kids with us. He will provide recommendations and advise on the time we should stay, what to look out for, where are the interesting sites and places which are great for photo shoot or Instagram worthy. We made a couple of changes along the way cos my wife was pregnant at that time and it turn out to be awesomely good!

If you are ever going to Bali, book their Ecotour, we even met several other groups from the same company during the trip. Based on your expectations, budget and time, they will give you the best recommendations. Ask for Irwan if you want someone who’s ever patience, soft spoken and an expert navigator!!

My 3rd time with Eco Bali Tours and never disappoints. They respond to my every query (email/in person) in a timely manner. Very professional, friendly and easy going.

Mr Irwan (our driver) has drove me all 3X and I highly recommend him to anybody. He's very kind and patient (of course customers should be kind and patient as well to understand).

Prices of services is good. This company will care about you and your safety.

Bali is truly an amazing place to visit, my tour guide Aditya and scheduler Made at Eco Bali Tours made for a fantastic tour that encompassed a variety of main traveler highlights on the island. The Mt Batur trek was plenty challenging, with beautiful views at the top. Most impressing was the waterfall tours led by Agus, followed by an amazing downhill mountain biking tour and afterwards an ATV excursion through the rice terrace and jungle areas of Ibud. Spending every day with my phenomenal guide Aditya was one of my most memorable experiences, as his cheerful and fun personality made for one of the best trips of my lifetime. He made the trip unforgettable with his positive outlook and he provided highly reliable and timely pick ups. I am extremely pleased with his level of customer service and most definitely look towards coming out to travel and tour again with Aditya and Eco Bali Tours!

Excellent trips, very beautiful scenery, private tour guide and car. The car is very clean and you get fresh bottled water every morning. Many, many thanks to our tour guy Mr. Nyoman Budi, the best driver on Bali 🙏.

We loved our guide Ariana! He was very professional, personable, and friendly. Our children enjoyed his company as he showed us the beauty of Bali. He had many recommendations and always provided us with quality activities. It was admirable watching him maneuver through the toads, very impressive! We will do another tour with Ariana the next time we are in Bali since there is so much to experience ☺️.
