We visited Nikko with our two kids. Driver, Hassan, arrived on time and we were back by 6pm (18:00). We went on New Year’s Day so some places were closed, cable car was also closed due to high winds. Shrine was very impressive. We could have skipped the lake and the waterfall and spent extra time at the shrine. We are from the state of Washington in the US so waterfalls and lakes are 10 times better than Nikkos. It probably depends where you are traveling from. Overall the trip was great. The car was comfortable and driver, Hassan, was great.

We booked this for a family of four (4). Our english-speaking guide Abid arrived before schedule and notified us that he was there. He was easy-going and spoke perfect English. We have a loud 5-year-old kid and he was really patient.
We did not purchase the tour-guide services but our guy was still super knowledgeable and was able to negotiate destination changes that fit our needs and schedule.

We went to Nikko. It is such an amazing place. We took a lot of photos and made many memories. Hopefully, we can come back again the future.

Able to travel to 5th stage of Mt Fuji to experience the refreshing air. Good view of Mt Fuji's peak as weather was good.
Ropeway at Hakone was very unique and surrounding views were fantastic.
Worth the trip.

The driver gave us perfect directions. Time management was also perfect. It was a wonderful tour. I expected traffic jams on the way back and left early, so I safely arrived in Tokyo in 2 hours and 30 minutes.

We had to check out on our Haneda airport hotel at 10am with a 9pm fly to USA. I could have not planned it better being picked up with languages, seeing the top destinations in Tokyo and be on our own pace. Also not rushed or conditioned by time. Hassan was great, very patient, flexible and carring with us, including a teenage boy. Definitely recommend for the top destinations of Tokyo in one day.

We were very happy with our guides (plural) as we had two families traveling together, 9 people total. The guides were very flexible and managed our requests to create a special day for us that we will never forget.
Due to the last minute nature of our trip and excursion, our group was split into two vehicles, however this proved to not be an issue.
We customized our itinerary with the guide as we went along and our day in Mt. Fuji was memorable and very special.

I had booked a Tokyo Sightseeing Tour with Ahmed earlier in the week. I liked him so much that I canceled my next tour of Mt. Fuji and booked it with him.
The tour was customized to meet our needs. He had vast knowledge of Mt. Fuji and the surrounding areas. He provided recommended pickup time to make the most of the tour.
